DivineBuds420 This diary documents one of my grows from last year.
At the time, I didn’t plan it as a full diary, so the documentation is incomplete. Unfortunately, the flowering stage and harvest were not documented.
Even so, I wanted to share the run to give an overall impression of the grow and the approach used.
The grow was done organically using BioTabs and RO water, as always.
Here I flowered an Ayahuasca Purple that I had kept as a mother plant for around one year.
After an extended time in veg, I decided to let her flower and see how she would perform.
DivineBuds420 This week I did another round of defoliation and introduced beneficial insects after spotting spider mites.
The goal was to maintain a healthy canopy while controlling pests naturally.

DivineBuds420 Things aren’t looking good – we might be losing the battle against the spider mites.
Still keeping the canopy as healthy as possible and hoping the beneficial insects can turn things around.

DivineBuds420 Things are looking worse and worse. The leaves are suffering more each day and are almost completely white, now covered with tiny scars from where the spider mites have been feeding, and the buds are full of webs.
It really doesn’t look good.
The infestation has gotten out of control, so we’ve decided to call it and will be doing an emergency harvest. I’m not sure if any of it will still be usable.
The focus now is on removing all spider mites and eggs, treating all tents, equipment, and even houseplants, and making sure we eliminate the mites once and for all. We’ll also take a break from growing to reset.
As mentioned, this grow is from last year and is already history. After a long pause, we are now starting new grows. So far we haven’t seen any spider mites – hopefully it stays that way.
A very beautiful strain. The bud structure is very firm and dense. Beautiful colors. The smell is captivating—very fruity. It reminds me of an exotic fruit salad, with ripe pineapple and mango. There’s a slightly bitter note on the finish—maybe reminiscent of anise? In any case, a very interesting mix.
