They hatched in little net pots on a bed of soaked perlite, then went into these 2L pots after a few days. The pictures this week were taken at day 7 for #2 and #3 (and day 9 for #1).
I plan to top them once and keep the two biggest sides for a total of 4 colas per plant. :) As far as I can tell they're fast growing and healthy looking seedlings, off to a decent start then.
I do veganic no-till in small 5gal fabric planters with olla pots in them and placed in drip trays for easy bottom-up irrigation. Irrigation from the top for "raining" in amendments during a grow. Clay olla pot inside the planter, with its body in the centre of the block of soil, for reliable moisture control even when I forget to water for a few days.
What do you guys reckon how big they'd get - height, yield etc. - if I flipped them to 12/12 now at exactly 3 weeks? I'm of half a mind to give them another 2 or so, but at the same time I'm keen to see what they can do in 9 weeks total - I'd leave them topped once with 2 sides.
If they are sexually mature, then you can flip them and flowering will begin. As long as you have the first pistils go ahead, Usually plants reach sexual maturity after developing 5 nodes, yours look like they have 3 or 4, can't really tell. If you flip them before that, they won't begin the preflower stage until they reach said point.
Nice looking girls they look really healthy and strong .. The heat probably coming from them being in flower themselves .. ? Going to follow along see how they turn out in the end .. Cheers
