Apple Fritter Automatic

CandyQueenAuto Vegetation phase – Week 1 🌱 On December 21st, the Apple Fritter Auto popped out of the soil. In the first week, it developed well overall and showed healthy, even growth 🌿. Looking back, my watering method might not have been optimal. I watered once until some drainage occurred. Mainly out of concern for dry spots in the soil and fear of thrips. Still, the plant handled it well and continued to develop steadily.

CandyQueenAuto In the second week, everything continued to go very smoothly. I didn't really do anything special during this time, except water once until some drain came out the bottom. The Apple Fritter Auto has developed well during this phase, visibly growing and showing a nice, healthy green. The lighting ran consistently at about 180 watts during this week. The humidity was quite high at times, so I already turned on the activated carbon filter and the exhaust. This allowed me to lower the humidity to about 65–70%.

CandyQueenAuto Vegetation phase – Week 3 🌿 At the beginning of the third week, I started with some light LST. I bent the large fan leaves a bit to the side so that the side branches could get more light. I also set the light to about 30 cm distance and reduced the power to 50%. From this week on, I had to water more frequently, about twice a week with approximately 2 liters of water each time. I fertilized with BioBizz Grow, BioBizz Bio-Heaven, and BioBizz Acti-Vera. Unfortunately, towards the end of the week, I made a small mistake: I was away for three days, and when I came back, the Apple Fritter Auto was very dry. I also noticed that the plant was slowly developing small "rust spots" on some leaves.

CandyQueenAuto Week 4 – Beginning of Flowering 🌸 This week, the Apple Fritter Auto started to go into flowering, or I can't say for sure anymore. I increased the light to about 75% power. Since the plant showed slight signs of magnesium deficiency, I started adding Plagron CalMag Pro. And I continued to fertilize with Biobizz, but this time I also added Bloom. I continued to water about every three days, initially around 2 liters and later about 2.5 liters per watering. The plant slowly recovered from the phase where it had become too dry. Additionally, it started to stretch a lot: at the beginning of the week, the height was about 34 cm, and by the end, it was already at 53.5 cm. In between, I continued to apply light LST and removed some leaves to allow more light to reach the lower branches.

CandyQueenAuto Week 5 – Early Flowering 🌸 This week, I didn't really do anything special, just continued to water regularly and added Plagron CalMag Pro. The suspected magnesium deficiency slowly started to improve. However, the leaves became a bit lighter overall. After that, I ordered fertilizer from Hesi and a pH tester to better control the nutrient supply. The Apple Fritter Auto stayed at about 70.5 cm in height this week, and the buds were now clearly visible and starting to form properly.

CandyQueenAuto Week 6 – Flowering 🌸 This week, I continued to water about every three days. This time, however, I used fertilizer from Hesi – Bloom Complex, Phosphor Plus, and Boost – each at about 50% of the recommended amount according to the schedule. Other than that, I didn't do anything else this week. The Apple Fritter Auto continued to develop steadily, and the buds were increasingly forming.

CandyQueenAuto Week 7 – Flowering 🌸 The buds became really compact this week. Additionally, the leaf tips in the upper area started to turn slightly purple. The flowering stretch of the Apple Fritter Auto was now complete, and the plant remained at about 73 cm tall. In between, I lightly defoliated again. From this week on, I also gave the Hesi nutrients according to the schedule at full dosage. And I tested the pH level.

CandyQueenAuto Week 9 – Flowering 🌸 Everything continued to go as before this week. I watered, fertilized with Hesi nutrients according to the schedule, and checked and adjusted the pH level of the watering water. The Apple Fritter Auto looked very healthy with the mineral nutrients and pH control. The buds became thicker and denser, and the smell gradually became noticeably more intense – very tropical and sweet. Additionally, it became increasingly purple.

CandyQueenAuto Week 9 – Flowering 🌸 Everything went smoothly this week as well. I continued to water, fertilized with Hesi according to the schedule, and adjusted the pH level. The buds of the Apple Fritter Auto just kept getting wider and started to gradually merge together, forming denser flower structures. Many trichomes were already milky at this point.

CandyQueenAuto Week 10 – Flush Phase 🌸 From this week on, I only gave pH-adjusted water and stopped using any nutrients. The Apple Fritter Auto was already well into ripeness, as the trichomes were mostly milky and some amber ones had already formed. The scent became significantly more intense during this phase.

CandyQueenAuto Harvest week ✂️ At the end of the week, I harvested the Apple Fritter Auto to not miss the THC peak. In the days before, there was only pH-adjusted water, and about three to four days before the harvest, I completely stopped watering. After the cut, I wet-trimmed the plant and then hung it up completely to dry. Tomorrow, the buds will go into jars for curing – a little taste test today was already extremely promising. 🤤
