Fruity Durban Testgrow

Fonzi The Wedding Cake did germinate, but after being planted, it didn’t come up from the soil. I’ve now started another one. The others have risen. The first leaves of the Durban are already showing discoloration. I’m very excited about this strain, but also curious about the San Fernando Lemon Kush.

Fonzi The plants were topped today. The second Wedding Cake is growing..

Fonzi I took my time because I didn't have any soil here. The plants were repotted into 3.5L with Allmix and will feel better again. They also need dolomite lime, but they got that. Now we can move on. They're all growing and looking good.

Fonzi The plants look good. I'm going to repot them in the final pots in the next few days and switch to 12/12.

Fonzi Unfortunately, the Wedding Cake is hermaphroditic. I think a few bananas are growing, and the plant will be culled. The other plants look great. I've already reduced the light hours for a few days and I'm at 12/12. As soon as the pre-flowering shows, my flowering begins.

Fonzi The pre-flowering is noticeable, the two Durban are moving pretty fast. Unfortunately, the Wedding Cake is hermaphroditing quite a bit, it’s forming clearly visible bananas. I will unfortunately have to sort it out. But the fruity Durban is already making a very good impression. Serious Seeds genetics is really top-notch.

Fonzi We are about day 14 of flowering and the plants look very good. The fruit Durban are both growing almost identically, and the flowers look very similar at the moment. I'm really excited. Serious Seeds genetics never disappoint. The wedding cake has been sorted out; it hermied extremely. Now there are still 2× fruit Durban and 1× Fernando lemon kush. The lemon kush also looks good. The stretch is thankfully already over. They are probably already further along than day 14 of flowering.

Fonzi The fruity Durban has an aroma that I've never experienced before. The resin smells incredibly fruity, like strawberries, but with a certain note that's just amazing at this stage right now. I'm really curious to see how it will smell in the end. The fruity Durban is also growing very quickly, while the lemon kush is a bit slower.
