Super Lemon Haze

KuaerSchlaeger Week 1 is over and the little Lemon is behaving inconspicuously. The roots are already poking out the bottom, so we're going to wait maybe another week before moving her into her big pot.

KuaerSchlaeger After another week, the Lemon Haze has settled into her new home and can now grow and thrive there. From now on, she's also getting extra Cal/Mag to prevent any deficiencies from having a chance.

KuaerSchlaeger Another week has passed and the Lemon Haze feels right at home in its new place. The growth is increasing and it makes a strong, good impression. 😎

KuaerSchlaeger So far so good. A calm week with good growth has the Lemon Haze behind it. It's slowly getting nicely bushy with huge leaves. In a few days, when the 6th node is there, it will be topped and slowly incorporated into LST.

KuaerSchlaeger The next week is over and the little one was topped a few days ago, which she handled well. Today I started with LST, and she also got a little haircut. Now I'll let her grow a bit more, and in 1 or 2 weeks, flowering will probably be initiated.

KuaerSchlaeger The Lemon Haze has gained a lot of mass after topping. It was just heavily defoliated and spread out, and the flowering was initiated through light and nutrient adjustments. Now the most fun and exciting time begins 🌱🌿

KuaerSchlaeger The second week after the start of flowering is over, and the Lemon Haze is growing and growing. Otherwise, it has been a rather quiet week. Let's see when the first hairs show up.

KuaerSchlaeger 3 weeks have now passed since the switch, and the Lemon Haze is doing excellently. She's made a solid growth spurt and is diligently forming hairs. She was defoliated a bit again, and soon she'll get a good lollipop treatment. Starting next week, the final components will be added with PK 13/14 and bloom booster.

KuaerSchlaeger 4. Flowering week and the Lemon Haze is really kicking it up a notch. It's growing more and more and already has fat, hairy buds. It was given a serious hard pruning, heavily defoliated, and lollipopped. Now we let it recover in peace. I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks.

KuaerSchlaeger Week 5 and the Lemon Haze is really picking up speed. The stretch seems to be over and the buds are getting bigger and bigger. The smell is slowly getting stronger and is moving towards grapefruit along with citrus. I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks.

KuaerSchlaeger Week 6. The stretch is over and the energy is now fully focused on flower development, which is looking promising. It's getting stickier and smells amazing. Now it's also time to start supplementing with UV-B again. This starts at 15 minutes daily.

KuaerSchlaeger Week 7 The buds are getting fatter and smell like heaven. Their thirst has become enormous despite good protection from the current heat. With the UV-B exposure, we're currently at 30 minutes daily and it's now being increased regularly.

KuaerSchlaeger Another week is coming to an end. It was very busy and extremely stressful due to the heatwave. I had to dim the lamp to 50% to keep the temperature somewhat in check. Still, the Lemon remains unfazed and is pushing through. The buds are getting thicker and denser; I think maybe another 2 weeks until the end of their journey. The UV-B exposure has now gradually increased to 50 minutes a day.

KuaerSchlaeger On to the final phase. The nutrients have been stopped, and there's only pH-adjusted water left. The smell is brutal, and I'm super excited for the end. The buds are firm, thick, and strong, covered in trichomes. I estimate that in about 2 weeks, the scissors will be swinging. Until then, there's still UV-B exposure, which is currently at 80 minutes.

KuaerSchlaeger Week 10!!! The last week has begun, the Lemon Haze is in the home stretch and I'm super excited. After a trichome check with the handheld microscope (so unfortunately no pictures this time), it's clear: the time to harvest has come. So it's also confirmed that the next update will be the last one, which will come after drying. Thus, another beautiful journey comes to an end. The UV-B exposure is now at 1h15m and will remain at this duration until the end.

KuaerSchlaeger The Lemon Haze delivered. It smells really delicious with lemon and a hint of grapefruit, and the first tasting showed exactly that in flavor with a slight skunk finish. It hits hard and fast, just as you would expect from it. After the harvest and 11 days of drying at about 20 degrees and an average humidity of 55%, the buds are ready for fermentation in the GroveBags.
