TentCity Transplanted the strongest 6 ladies into their final 8-liter pots ๐ฑ๐ช. Excited to see them grow ๐. Still treating coco like regular soilโฆ gotta work on my watering habits xD ๐ง. Every tip is appreciated ๐๐.
Gave them a light feed with RO water, EC calibrated with CalMag to 0.2, then some Coco Canna A&B until reaching 0.6 EC, pH 5.6. Over the next weeks, Iโll gradually raise the pH to 5.8โ6.2 and increase EC step by step to keep them in the optimal range ๐ฟ. DLI: 19 ๐.

TentCity This week started a bit rough, not gonna lie ๐ After transplanting, the girls were drooping hard for almost three days and kept getting paler ๐ฟ๐ณ โ had me genuinely worried for a moment. Felt like I might have pushed them too much. During that time, I increased the nutrient input to around 1.1 EC ๐ง to support them through the stress phase.
By day four they finally started to recover ๐ฑ, and from there things escalated quickly. By day five after transplant, I was already seeing roots hitting the bottom of the new, larger pots ๐ฎ โ honestly insane growth and a huge relief after those stressful first days.
When I did the first proper watering with 1.1 EC including ~15% runoff, I noticed slightly burnt tips ๐ฅ and measured a runoff EC of 3.2 โก โ higher than Iโd like, but most likely just the initial flush of salts that had built up over the past few days. Since then, things have stabilized nicely, and the substrate is now sitting around ~1.4 EC ๐ฟ๐ง โ a sweet spot at the moment.
Right now the ladies are absolutely exploding in terms of growth ๐ You can almost watch them develop day by day ๐. Iโve topped them โ๏ธ and will probably remove the lower side branches at the first internode over the next few days to clean things up and focus the energy where I want it.
Lighting is still running at 50% ๐ก, everything is pretty much dialed in โ , and the overall environment feels very stable at this point. One thing I noticed is that Nasha Genetics #2 is a bit lighter than the rest ๐ฑโจ โ I have a feeling this little one wonโt be causing its last trouble ๐
Iโve now also started my IPM routine ๐ก๏ธ: one weekly neem spray ๐ฟ and one weekly Purolyt spray ๐ง, always on separate days โ never mixing or stacking foliar applications on the same day. On top of that, Iโm doing daily checks ๐๏ธ for any signs of pests to stay ahead of things.
As an additional boost, Iโll also be introducing Boom Boom spray โก as a foliar stimulant โ first application coming in the next days ๐ช. Going into flower ๐ธ, Iโm planning to release beneficial insects ๐ as a preventive measure against thrips โ trying to stay ahead of problems before they even start ๐ก๏ธ
Next step is shaping the canopy ๐ฟโ๏ธ and pushing for an even structure before flipping ๐
All in all, a shaky start but a very strong recovery ๐ โ excited to see how they develop from here ๐๐ฑ

TentCity Pictures 4/5/26
This week felt a lot smoother overall โ everything is starting to come together nicely ๐๐
The girls are absolutely exploding right now ๐ Iโm still impressed by the insane coco grow speed โ you can literally see progress every single day ๐๐ฟ. Especially from the top view, the canopy is filling in fast and getting denser with each day.
One thing that really stands out this week are those massive fan leaves ๐ณ๐
Kings Juice #1 is going crazy with it โ some of those leaves are so big theyโre actually shading out the side branches already. Kings Juice #2 is showing similar behavior, but honestly all plants are throwing huge solar panels right nowโฆ which is pretty wild considering the relatively small pot size ๐คฏ
Because of that, Iโll have to go in over the next days and do some defoliation โ๏ธ๐ฟ to open things up and encourage better side branching development. Thereโs a lot of potential in there, just needs a bit of direction.
I also finally dialed in my watering system this week ๐งโ โ and now itโs running super clean and low maintenance. Combined with the DIY drain setup, I basically only have to empty the drain bucket once a week and mix nutes once a weekโฆ couldnโt ask for it to be easier ๐
The MacGyver-style drain solution is doing its job perfectly ๐
Nutrient-wise I kept things consistent:
Feed pH: 5.7โ5.9 ๐ง
Drain pH: 6.0โ6.2 ๐ฟ
Feed EC: 1.1 โก
Drain EC: 0.9โ1.3
Theyโre taking the nutes really well โ no signs of stress, everything looks balanced and healthy ๐๐ฑ
IPM routine is also in place ๐ก๏ธ โ keeping things clean and under control early on so no surprises later.
And one thing that really surprised me this weekโฆ the smell ๐ณ๐
Every time I open the tent it hits way harder than expected at this stage. Even my girlfriend noticed it and was like โwtf is going on in thereโ ๐ โ pretty crazy considering theyโre not even in flower yet.
Overall Iโm really happy with how everything is developing right now ๐
Strong growth, stable environment, system dialed in โ canโt complain at all ๐
Next step is opening up the canopy and pushing structure before things get even more out of control ๐ฟโ๏ธ
Super excited for whatโs coming next ๐๐ฅ

TentCity This week was pretty stable overall โ nothing major changed, but everything is still pushing forward nicely ๐๐
The plants are growing strong and steady, showing that typical healthy coco momentum ๐๐ฟ You can still see daily progress, especially in how the canopy is filling out and responding to training.
I did a bit of defoliation โ๏ธ and added a trellis net (or at least the first layer of it ๐). This first net is mainly for support and to guide the general canopy structure and shape.
Here are the current stats:
Feed pH: 5.9 ๐ง
Drain pH: 6.1 ๐ฟ
Feed EC: 1.2 โก
Drain EC: 1.0
Slightly on the hungry side at the moment ๐ฑ, but overall theyโre still looking healthy and actively growing.
Iโm also planning to flip to flower within the next ~10 days ๐ธ
I donโt want to push veg too far, otherwise Iโll run into space issues once stretch kicks in. The plan is to let them settle into structure now and then transition at the right moment.
Iโll also be adding a second trellis net soon โ the first one is mainly for support and general canopy shaping, and the second one will be used to fine-tune and lock in the exact structure I want before flower. That way I can really control the final canopy position and spread.
Overall everything feels very controlled and on track ๐๐
Next step is dialing in structure, letting the first net fill out properly, and preparing for the flip ๐ฟโ๏ธ
Super excited to see the transition into flower ๐

TentCity This week was super smooth โ everything just keeps flowing in the right direction ๐๐
Growth is still very strong and consistent, and you can clearly see how the canopy is filling out more and more every day.
I did some defoliation and also lollipopped the girls โ๏ธ
You can clearly see it in the pictures โ things were getting a bit crowded down low, so I cleaned everything up to improve airflow and light penetration. They handled it perfectly and didnโt slow down at all.
One bigger change this week was the watering strategy ๐ง
Instead of watering every 2 days, I switched to 3 smaller irrigations per day. The goal is to get a bit of runoff on the last watering, while allowing small drybacks in between.
So far this is working really well ๐
Plants look even more vital, leaves are praying nicely, and overall growth speed actually increased.
Nutrient-wise nothing changed โ still running the same setup.
Here are the current stats:
Feed pH: 5.6โ5.7 ๐ง
Drain pH: 6.2โ6.4 ๐ฟ
Feed EC: 1.1 โก
Drain EC: 0.7
Theyโre definitely on the hungry side right now ๐ฑ
But since theyโre still growing very vigorously, Iโm holding back on increasing EC for the moment.
I did notice slight tip burn on some of the newer leaves early in the week ๐ฅ
Nothing major โ they quickly grew out of it and everything stabilized again.
Overall, everything feels very dialed in right now ๐๐
Healthy plants, controlled environment, and steady progress.
Next step is just letting them keep pushing, maintaining structure, and getting closer to the flip ๐ธ๐
