First Grow :)

Saftfleck420 All the seedlings grew fine except one of the Kings Kush. I contacted Greenhouse Seed Co., and they were very forthcoming and friendly—they even sent me new seeds because of the crippled growth. It might have been an overwatering issue, but all the plants received the same treatment and looked fine. Top left is Coco Fresh with a bit too much vertical growth. Top right is Mimozz, and it’s looking perfect—very satisfying! Bottom left is the new Blue Dream cutting I got. I didn’t really inform myself about the strain, but it was recommended by a friend, so it must be nice. Bottom right is the second Kings Kush, which was healthy enough to keep. It looks wild because the leaves look like fire 🔥 I’m so hyped!

Saftfleck420 All the plants were transferred into bigger Airpots (5l) the roots looked really nice and filled out the 1l pots nicely. Kings Kush is slowly outgrowing the deformed leafs and looks healthier. The leaftips are a little bit burned from a little too much Fertilizer, but nothing to worry about.

Saftfleck420 Three days ago, I cut off the top so the side branches get more light. Coco Fresh: Grows really fast but reacts a bit too sensitively to the fertilizer. The internodal distance is still quite large, which could become annoying later on. Mimozz: Growing ideally. Looks really healthy and full with nice side branching—still very satisfying! Blue Dream: Drinks a little slower than the others, but since it’s a cutting, it has really nice side branching. Kings Kush: Growing nicely after producing healthier leaves. You can also see a split fan leaf in one of the pictures—really interesting!

Saftfleck420 Today I installed the Screen of Green net and started spreading the side branches and main shoots into the individual squares. I also did a bit of LST. Coco Fresh: I had to do a bit more LST here because the internodal spacing is quite large. That meant I had to bring everything down to the same height. Mimozz: Still doing perfectly—great structure and very even growth. Blue Dream: I didn’t have to do anything here. It’s staying a bit smaller, probably because the roots aren’t as developed as the others since I added it later. Kings Kush: Still doing well. It’s a bit smaller than the others but looks healthy and stable.

Saftfleck420 Today I’m starting the flowering stage. In one of the pictures, you can see how nicely the tent is filled out. Coco Fresh: Still growing beautifully, just like before. I’m really curious to see how it develops during flower. The stems and the undersides of the leaves are already showing some slight purple coloration. Mimozz: Still perfect—nothing to complain about at all. Blue Dream: Still a bit behind in terms of size, but that’s expected. Kings Kush: Showing some strange growth again. For example, one of the apical tips split on its own without me cutting it—pretty unusual.

Saftfleck420 The first calyxes developed on all the plants and stretch set in. Some leaves showed signs of a CalMag deficiency, but I fixed the issue by increasing the VPD, which allowed the plants to transpire more effectively and stopped the problem completely. I think because of the low leaf temperature the plants weren't transpiring enough to absorb sufficient nutrients. Sanlight's German YouTube channel made a video explaining the problem with intense LED lights and CalMag deficiencies.

Saftfleck420 Buds grew on every plant and they grew quite fast. Only the Blue dream isn‘t stretching as much so i put her on a box for an even canopy.

Saftfleck420 At the End of Week 3 Flowering I Defoliated all the Plants from Sunleafs and all the Budsites that are too far down. They look a bit naked now but i think they gonna build bigger buds now and get more light at the lower Flowers 😁

Saftfleck420 The Plants recovered greatly from being defoliated and grew new leafs around the budsites. At the end of this week i started giving some pk13/14 to support the bud stacking and bulking. In two weeks im gonna leave it out again. I hope its not gonna be too much phosphorus for my Babys 😬❤️

Saftfleck420 This week was very exciting for me. All four plants fattened up their buds and got frostier. Mimozz got incredibly icy and coated all the bigger leaves in a sticky, lavish trichome frosting, which is radiating a strong candy grapefruit fragrance. Coco Fresh, which in earlier flower looked a little empty because of the bigger internodal spaces, grew exceptionally well-formed, resinous buds. Every bud under the top buds is looking lush and full too, with beautiful white pistils that stand out in front of the dark and slightly purpling calyxes. The mouth-watering smell is creamy, gassy and also kind of citrusy. Kings Kush completely turned its piney and spicy aroma into a fruity and pungent smell, which may come from the grape parent genetics. It grew pretty and fat buds that begin to interlock into one another. The Blue Dream has a similar growth with nicely stacked buds. The smell reminds me of the first times smoking haze. It's more on the piney side. After touching the sugar leaves, the aroma clings to the fingertips and hangs in the air long after. All in all it's looking quite nice for my first grow. Mimozz is showing some tacoing, which I expected because of the height and small distance to the lamp. I took out my air exhaust system so I could hang my lamp higher. Some plants also showed slightly crispy leaf tips, so I adjusted my fertiliser accordingly. Saftfleck420 IIt’s been a little over a week now, and the buds have slowed down their fattening phase. There is still some growth, but I think ripening has begun. After examining the buds and trichomes thoroughly, I’m seeing mostly cloudy heads, so harvest can’t be far away. When I open the tent, my whole room smells sweet and citrusy. All the plants look perfectly healthy, with only slight signs of light stress—even after reducing the PPFD from 1000–1100 during peak flowering down to around 800 for the last 2–3 weeks. It might just be because the plants are now fully in “fall mode.” Right after harvesting, I’m going to take some macro shots of the nicest top buds. Kings Kush: The terpene profile has stayed consistent compared to last week, but I’m picking up stronger grape or berry aromas now. The buds are huge. Blue Dream: Pure gas with a hint of sweetness. About 80% of the pistils are now a nice orange, but the trichomes are only around 50% milky. It might take a week or two longer than the other plants. Mimozz: Sharp calyxes, frosty leaves, and crazy fruity aromas. I’d say this strain is the closest to harvest and lives up to the predicted flowering time of 7–8 weeks. I really wish I had taken a cutting to preserve this beautiful phenotype. Coco Fresh: The buds are still getting bigger, and even the lowest ones are turning purple and fat. It’s by far the prettiest plant of them all. The flowers smell super pleasant, with a mix of gassy cream and ripe fruit. I can’t wait to harvest them!👽😎

Saftfleck420 This week I’ll keep it short. All plants are ripening nicely, and the Coco Fresh and Mimozz trichomes are looking quite cloudy. I think they will be harvested in a few days. Kings Kush will be harvested next week together with Blue Dream, as only about 60% of the trichomes are cloudy and they need a little more time.

Saftfleck420 Mimozz and Coco Fresh have been cut and are now in a drying tent at 18°C and 55% humidity. Kings Kush and Blue Dream still need about a week to finish ripening.
