Hey Chucky324, it is highly unlikely to be a cryptic virus as those are actually quite rare. Looking at the twisted growth and the way the leaves are behaving compared to the sister plant, this looks much more like a genetic mutation or perhaps a slight pH fluctuation that started early on. Since the other plant is doing fine under the same conditions, it’s probably just a quirky phenotype. As long as she keeps growing and doesn't show signs of a spreading infection, I wouldn't worry too much and just let her do her thing. Happy Growing Growmie🌱
