Zombie Kush Auto | 3L Coco Tray2Grow

punktkomma The Zombie Kush had a solid start and is looking happy in her 3L final pot :) Happy to have something from Ripper back in the tent again. Feels like I’ve finally recovered from that Kmintz trauma haha VPD ca. 06-0.8, DLI 20, EC1.3

punktkomma The Zombie Kush had a really fast start and is much more resilient compared to the Radical Juice. She looks completely happy, while the other plants are struggling a bit with CalMag. It’s my first time reusing coco... I flushed it, but probably not 100%💀💩 Doesn’t seem to bother the Zombie at all though, she’s growing great. Today is day 12 and I’m very happy with her so far 👍😁

punktkomma Honestly, I’m pretty surprised by how resilient the little Zombie is. She’s not showing any signs of issues at all and just looks happy 😊 That’s despite me having things a bit messy this run with reused coco and a pH meter that’s slowly giving up haha

punktkomma Not too much to report about the Zombie so far She’s extremely healthy, juicy green, and completely unfazed by everything 😄 She’s also handling the nutrients really well. Still not seeing a huge amount of roots at the bottom of the fabric pots yet though. Very resilient plant overall, with beautiful thick-fingered leaves 😍

punktkomma I had a few issues with my tent and light setup and had to temporarily move everything into a smaller tent 💀👽 The Zombie Kush, just like everything else, couldn’t care less 😄 She’s happy and showing absolutely no signs of stress. She’s not even showing pistils yet, so it doesn’t look like she’s rushing into flower either haha. Really curious to see where she goes from here 😇

punktkomma Finally the little Zombie decided to go into flower too 💀👽 I only spotted the first pistils around day 36/37 and now on day 42 she’s slowly transitioning into flower. Pretty unusual, especially in such a small pot. On the other hand, she developed really well, had a strong start, and now looks healthy and fully ready to flower 😎

punktkomma The Zombie Kush put on a pretty solid stretch and is now a little over 1 meter tall :) Despite the heat, low EC, and fairly intense lighting, she’s just happy. She’s currently on day 53 and a bit behind schedule, but she also started flowering very late for an auto. I think she’d be a good candidate for topping. She developed strong side branches and seems like the kind of plant that could handle the extra stress without any issues 💪😄

punktkomma The Zombie stretched hard 😄 she is almost 140 cm tall now and has developed what feels like a million bud sites. A pretty huge and vigorous plant for a 3L pot. She was also pollinated with Granite Haze pollen. I think that combination could produce some absolutely massive autoflowers haha 🔥 The stretch is slowly starting to settle down and trichome production has finally kicked in. She went into flower pretty late, so I'm really curious how many days she'll end up taking in total 😅 So far, the smell still isn't very pronounced. Let's see what she has in store over the next few weeks :)

punktkomma Small update on the Zombie Kush 🌱 I didn't get around to updating the diary during the heatwave. She's turned into an absolute monster, but she still needs some more time. 😄

punktkomma The buds are fairly small, but I think that’s mainly due to the higher nitrogen and the fact that she was fully pollinated quite early. This time I ran more nitrogen than usual since I was told it helps with seed production. All my plants ended up with slightly smaller buds compared to my usual runs, so I suspect that’s a combination of the feeding and the pollination. Overall I’m just hoping she finishes under 100 days haha 😄 For outdoor I think this could be a really promising cross with the Granite Haze. Because she went into flower quite late (around day 45), there’s definitely potential for a massive plant from this line haha

punktkomma The Zombie has matured nicely over the last few days. The buds haven't gotten much bigger, but they’ve definitely become denser and firmer. hehe She could probably go a little longer, but I want to get the next project started, so she'll be coming down tonight. It's getting pretty hot again, so I just hope she doesn't lose too many terps during drying. Wish me luck! 🤞😄

punktkomma Harvested on Day 98 :) She ended up being a really big plant for a 3L pot, stretching to almost 140cm after flowering very late for an auto. This run was fully pollinated with Granite Haze pollen, so yield was never the goal. As expected, the buds stayed fairly small, probably because of the combination of pollination and the extra nitrogen I used for seed production. I didn't weigh the harvest this time since the plant was grown purely for seeds. 😄 Despite the heat, high light intensity, and everything else I threw at her, she never really complained. Easily one of the most resilient plants I've grown. Now it's time to dry her, collect the seeds, and eventually give her a smoke.
