India_Calcoen The preparations for the outdoor growing season have started! I really loved my indoor grows and harvests: easy to trim, no pests, no mold… But I also like being outside and l love watching my (large!) plants enjoy the sun. I decided to grow several ‘early’ or ‘fast’ versions, containing ruderalis. Hopefully I can harvest all the plants before the rain in October starts. The strains I’m growing this outdoor-season: - Dutch Passion – GMO Fast - World of Seeds – Amnesia Early Version - World of Seeds – Appalachian Kush - World of Seeds – Burger Kush Early Version - World of Seeds – Northern Lights x Big Bud Early Version I’m pre-growing the plants indoor in Batmix (Plagron) topped off with 2cm of Seeding & Cutting Soil (Plagron). The soil is a leftover from my indoor run. I mixed the soil with Mycotrex and watered it with a solution with Bactrex. I want to use Biotabs products outdoors, because I had a hard time last year walking through the garden with heavy watering cans with feeding solution. With Biotabs I can use our sprinklers to water the plants, at least during the vegetative phase. I sowed the seeds on 12-04-2026 and they all sprouted on 15-04-2026!

India_Calcoen 13-05-2026 NL x Big Bud Early Version is not doing really fine. Some leaves are yellowing. She receives plain water every day. The pot is too small and dries out fast. I also think she has not enough nutrients left. I need to think of a solution. I can’t plant her outside yet. I topped her for a second time. Now I need to prepare her for going outside. Unfortunately the nighttemperature outside is still very cold…

India_Calcoen 29-05-2026 I didn’t want to update the last two weeks. The plants were struggling, leaves were yellowing. After I saw the first signs of a deficiency and because of the advise of Kushycat, I gave them a watering with Orgatex (Biotabs). It helped and I managed to keep them in their small pots for an extra week. Yesterday they got planted outside. They received Startrex, two Biotabs, Mycotrex and Silicium Flash in their planting hole. They got watered with Orgatrex and Bactrex. I covered the soil with a sheepwool mulchcover. It helps to keep the soil moist and it saves me from a lot of pulling weeds (the ones I don’t want, ofcourse). The plants are doing fine at the moment. They have space and everything they need. The four World of Seeds plants 🌱 are planted next to flowers: Zinnias, Rudbeckias, dahlias and snapdragons. I wanted to make this my ‘pleasure garden’ 😉

India_Calcoen 18-06-2026 GMO Fast, Burger Kush and NL x Big Bud are thriving! They get eaten a bit by snails, but that's not a big issue. These plants don’t mind the cold and wet Dutch weather. You can see NL x Big Bud was in a hailstorm and her leaves are a bit damaged. I hope this doesn't occur too often, the pumpkinplants and zucchini's are full of holes! The Amnesia and Appalachian Kush are struggling. The last few weeks it was cold and rainy. Their leaves are yellow and clawing downwards. Fortunately today was a hot day and more hot days are coming! I hope Amnesia and Appalachian Kush will recover. I think sativa-dominant plants need more heat and less Dutch weather. The snapdragons I planted and the spontaneous popped up poppies are blooming! They look so lovely ❤️🧡💛💜💚

India_Calcoen 24-07-2026 My plants are growing for 103 days, almost 15 weeks now. I’m a lazy gardener. The only thing I’m doing is turning the sprinklers on every now and then. I like how the Biotabs make outdoor growing easy. Especially because I have so little energy lately. But I love to watch them grow, smell them, feel their leaves between my fingers, watch them and the flowers around them. My idea of a ‘pleasure garden’ succeeded. Today I gave all the plants 5 litres of water with 20ml of Orgatrex (2ml/L) and I added an extra fertilizer tablet because the leaves are getting a bit light. GMO Fast got my last 5 grams of Bactrex in the feeding solution. I haven’t seen any signs of flowering yet. If they start flowering I will give them Bio PK 5-8. Some plants turned tall and wide, like Big Bud x Northern Lights and Burger Kush. Amnesia recovered very good and became a nice bush. Only Appalachian Kush stayed small. But I’m still happy with her. I thought she would die and now she is growing and having green leaves. GMO Fast is a very special plant. Her stems are very dark red and she became very tall! Unfortunately one large branch blew off in a heavy wind and hailstorm and I had to cut one branch off because of mold. The garlic that grew around her is harvested (and tasty!). The pumpkins that grow behind her are taking over the garden and I will have to make sure they stay away from her. I’m so happy I don’t have to buy any vegetables lately. We have zucchini’s, beans, bell peppers, tomatoes, okra, cucumbers, herbs, all so tasty! During the last few weeks I was very busy with the small turkeys and chickens. We had seven baby turkeys in the living room and that was quite intense. They peep all day long! I’m happy we moved them to the orchard. They are happy too, the plums are getting ripe and sometimes fruit falls from the trees and they get lucky. I hope to ‘shave the legs’ of my plants next week. The plants have too many small side branches and the leaves on the inside of the plant are turning yellow and wilting.

India_Calcoen 27-08-2026 Somehow it’s hard for me to keep updating the progress of my cannabisplants. I wanted to do it weekly, but it just doesn’t happen. Our fruits and vegetables need to be harvested and our animals want a lot of attention too! I’m so happy growing with Biotabs, I hardly have to do anything and if I don’t have time, my plants are growing anyway In week 16 (first signs of pre-flowering) all the plants got watered with 5 litres of water with 20 ml of Bio PK 5-8 and in week 20 again, 20 ml of Bio PK 5-8 diluted in 5 litres of water. This is the third time I had to water the plants manually. I just love this way of growing. Perfect for someone with a chronic illness. Flowering started earlier than last year. I’m so happy, maybe these Early Versions will finish in time, before the autumn rains are coming. The plants have a nice green colour. I still need to ‘shave the legs’ and cut some branches and leaves away at the inside of the plant. Especially now when it rains sometimes I want them to dry quickly. I already removed two baskets of leaves and small branches from NL x Big Bud and Burger Kush. GMO Fast isn’t flowering yet. She is only showing a few pre-flower hairs. I think she won’t make it in time… GMO Fast also had some issues during a summer storm with heavy winds and rain. One of her main branches came down. It was still attached to the centre of the plant, but it began to rot and I had to cut it out. I lost 25% of this plant. It’s my own fault. She is over 2,5 metres now and her height makes her susceptible for wind. It makes me think about securing all my plants with long bamboo-poles or sticks. If the flowers start growing, all those branches will get heavy eventually. Maybe it’s time to prioritize the cannabisplants at this moment…

These are a few beautiful plants. It's time to secure against thunderstorms and wind early, before the buds become really fat and soak up water like a sponge in the rain. I just experienced a thunderstorm, which was not good for my early SevenFreeze in the ninth flowering week. Wishing you continued success!

@birdmountain, thank you! 🙏❤️Yesterday I used some bamboo sticks to secure the plants. I don’t want the winds and heavy rains to break off branches. I hope they will be fine now ☺️

@Mia_BIOTABS, you are right! I thought I could pre grow her in this small one, but it turned out to be too small. Next time I’ll get a bigger one! Today she was planted outside. I think she will recover.
