First properly done grow: Failed harvest

TheRealBudgetGrows I completely lost track of how I fully began this run I only remember the last 9-11 weeks of flowering this was an extremely stalled grow.

TheRealBudgetGrows I decided to regrow to get thicker stems.

TheRealBudgetGrows I decided to go as low as I could with the nodes to get a smaller thicker and more manageable structure.

TheRealBudgetGrows I missed taking pictures of week 2 however it really established itself on week 3 almost as it should when growing from seed and aiming for a 4-8 weeks of veg before flipping. I just had no space to do anything more than just wait.

TheRealBudgetGrows I completely forgot I missed to take photos after the hack back and missed week 4 through 12 and began going from there point is this was an extreme held back pheno.

TheRealBudgetGrows The start of this run is a complete mess and hard to track so the best part to look into at on this run is the flowering phase.

TheRealBudgetGrows I completely made a mess of the veg so I have no exact method of doing this I just went for it this was the first run I did with a tent and kept in a controlled environment.

TheRealBudgetGrows I missed documenting the flip and week 1 of flower. This kind of coverage can be accomplished by the 8 week veg if done in a timely manner I completely missed and just let the plant do what it does best.

TheRealBudgetGrows I’m certain on week 1 of flower or week 3 I fed 3 tbsp per 3 gallon pot just all purpose. I will continue to update once I get the time again this is what I’ve gotten tracked so far.

TheRealBudgetGrows Actual Week 4 since flip to flower.

TheRealBudgetGrows Week 5: started seeing actual budding. During this grow I still felt the pressure of not knowing what the hell I was doing. I went into the flowering stage not knowing if I’ll even be able to complete the harvest phase.

TheRealBudgetGrows Week 6:The realization came flooding. Oh shit I might actually be able to flower good buds. The urgency of snipping some off kept seeping into the back of my mind. I knew this was either gonna be my real test or I was gonna flip the table and make it another practice run by ruining my progress cause I couldn’t help myself.

TheRealBudgetGrows Week 7: FL is for flowering I am counting the weeks since I first saw signs of budding. At this week I began feeling some pride for my ability to grow without real guidance. Seeing the buds just made me even more anxious about trying my first properly grown buds.

TheRealBudgetGrows Week 8: This was the week I began looking into how to harvest. Found no crucial help, so I just winged it as soon as I felt they were ready I monitored every little thing now looking back I think I over did it I am currently lacking time to continue growing I have to many strains just stalled and I’m seeing I didn’t have to be on top of the plants every day. Now it’s every week or every 4 days I check to keep stuff alive. This was the only grow I went all in and the last grow I was able to do now I see no future in doing stuff quite like this. I have no leftover time to do how I’d like I also feel a bit burnt out cause on the first proper run I went a bit over analytical.

TheRealBudgetGrows Week 9: This was an anxious run with no knowledge pure guess work. I did not see or feel the green thumb in me until after this run. I was completely reliant on my own judgement which I took as a double edge sword considering at the time of this grow I hated it due to going into this with extreme expectations I was completely convinced I was gonna ruin the final product. I even named this a failed run, however at a glance I think this might’ve been my best work including yet; photo work was on point my growing was on point. I just still feel I lack a proper cultivating method. I have tried numerous but i have so far stuck with just letting the plant do whatever it wants let it dry out however it dries and just make sure when jarred it’s at a good humidity apart from that mold has not really been an issue however I am experiencing high waves of humidity so as far as I’ve come I am still having more struggles each run. There an entire story behind all these photos and I’ve so far loved this community I just wish beginners had an easier and more recognizable start up.
