Oyziphar A few weeks ago, I was contacted by Kannabia asking if I could dedicate a diary entry to some seeds from their collection. Since I had grown Kannabia seeds before, and with positive results, I was happy to do so π. Especially in the spring and with the ideal conditions to fill my greenhouseπ±π±π±.
I received a well-filled box with seeds and merchandise, as you can see in the first photo π·. My sincere thanks to Kannabiaπ
I have not yet made a final decision regarding fertilization. Currently, I sowed the seeds directly in Canna Terra Professional light mixπ. No pre-germination π¬; it is spring π, let Mother Nature do her work π¬οΈ
DAY 6 : Two seeds have already germinated and the seedlings are peeking out of the ground π±π±
DAY 7 : Four seeds peeking out of the ground = 100% succes rate π±π±π±π±

Oyziphar It's been a busy week :
π I defoliated the plant by removing 8- 10 very big fan leaves, to allow more sunlight to reach the lower branches
π I took 2 cutting of my plant(s)
π I removed the six lowest branches and used the lower branches to make cuttings
π I started the light deprivation technique by moving the plants to my darkroom to force flowering.
ππππEvery morning at 8:30 am I move the plants in the greenhouse.
ππππEvery evening at 8:30 pm I move the plants inside the darkroom.

Lovely summer weather again this week with excellent temperatures π‘οΈπ‘οΈπ‘οΈ
β‘οΈβ‘οΈ The buds have become hard, the smell is strong πππ
β‘οΈβ‘οΈ Plant #1 is the biggest plant and probably the best yielder. She is a bit leafy, so maybe a bit less tasty
β‘οΈβ‘οΈ Plant #2 a bit smaller plant, but also a beautiful plant. Probably a slightly lower yield
β‘οΈβ‘οΈ Plant #3 also a bit smaller plant, but lots of trichomes and therefore very white appearance. Open plant with not many leaves in the buds. Beautiful plant and perhaps the tastiest and with the most high effect

Another Hot Week πΆοΈπΆοΈπΆοΈ
High temperatures π‘οΈπ‘οΈπ‘οΈand lots of sun πππ and no rain π§οΈ
β‘οΈ The buds are ripe and ready to harvest π° Their scent is strong πππ
β‘οΈ Just a little water at the beginning of the day π§π§π§
π Plant #1 (154cm) is the biggest plant and definitely the best yielder. A bit leafy in the buds
π Plant #2 (140cm) a slightly smaller plant. The modest sister of Plant #1. Less leafy in the buds
π Plant #3 (139cm) also a slightly smaller plant, but a different phenotype as Plant #1 and #2. Many trichomes and therefore a white appearance
Open plant, almost no leafs in the buds. Maybe more flavorful than numbers 1 and 2, or a higher-head sativa effect. We will know soon π

I am very satisfied with the growth and flowering of Amnesia Haze Go Fast from Kannabia. Althought I must say that they have little to do with the Amnesia Haze that I know. I live close to the Netherlands myself, and for years I was able to buy original AH cuttings in a grow shop for many years. So I know exactly what AH smells and tastes like. And none of the three plants comes close. This in no way means that the plants are not good. On the contrary, I am more than satisfied with all three of these ladies. I am very happy that I got to grow this strain for Kannabia. I can certainly recommend the strain. Perhaps not if you are looking for the real Amnesia, but it is and remains a super strain with a good yield, very tasty, and a strong effect.
All three plants looks a bit the same. They all have sturdy stems with a beautiful fat main bud. Despite the heavy weight, it is not necessary to support the plants πͺ΄ The side branches are also sturdy and contained beautiful, firm buds. As a result, the plants are also perfectly suited for moving them daily for "light deprivation", as I did in this diary. The plants are a bit leafly between the buds which is a bit of disadvantage concerning bagappeal.
All plants have many trichomes and are very sticky when trimmed. It is clear that these are potent buds, which are nice and hard and contain many crystals.
The plants did not flower earlier and were not faster than the other plants. Perhaps the people at Kanabia mean 'fast' for a 'haze', but Amnesia Haze isn't a typical 'haze', and usually only has a flowering time of 8 to a maximum of 9 weeks. That is why I don't think the addition 'go fast' is necessary.
More about height, yield of the individual plants in the "week comment" below.

After 8 long weeks of putting the plants outside every morning and bringing them back inside 12 hours laterβ°every single day β° (light deprivation) the moment has finally arrived to harvest the plants π The plants have had good, and very often excellent, summer weather for 8 weeks in a row ππππ Not a single bad day. One day was even hotter than the next π‘οΈπ‘οΈπ‘οΈ So, the plants have ripened perfectly. No bud rot or mildew π I could have let the plants flower for another week, but the smell was so intense, I didn't want the plants to be discovered. So I had to harvest them exactly after 8 weeks of bloom.π
Plant #1οΈβ£ (78gr - 154cm) : is the largest plant and has thick buds and a majestic main cola. The branches are of moderate length, and the plant has a narrow Christmas tree shape. The smaller buds are also all quite firm. The buds are somewhat leafy, which results in quite a bit of trimming. The scent is not too strong, but has many captivating aromas that will develop further during curing and evoke a complex fragrance. The plant has many trichomes and was very sticky, resulting in beautiful, potent buds. This plant is the winner in terms of lifelike appearance and because of her big yield. Probably a keeper
Plant #2οΈβ£ (64gr - 140cm)) : is roughly the same pheno as #1 in terms of shape, but has slightly fewer leaves, resulting in less work during trimming. The branches are quite long, giving the plant a slightly wider base. The buds are somewhat smaller but very firm, hard and heavy. The lower branches did have somewhat thinner buds. On this plant, too, the main cola is beautiful and very impressive. The scent of the buds is penetrating but very pleasant, sweet, and delicious. The buds were very sticky when trimmed, but when dried they are hard and have a crystalline feel, making them very potent. This plant is the winner in terms of bag appeal and scent. Definitely a keeper !!!
Plant #3οΈβ£ (68 gr - 139cm) : is a slightly different phenotype. The plant gave the impression of having fewer leaves, but upon trimming, it turned out that quite a few leaves had to be removed to make it ready for bud, which ultimately took quite a bit of work. The main bud on this plant is also a real sturdier. The lower branches were likewise reasonably long and somewhat more spindly. This plant looked the least like a Christmas tree model. The buds were already covered in trichomes early in the flowering period, and consequently, it matured fairly quickly. Amnesia Haze Go Fast might be the best fit for this phenotype. I am not entirely sure if I will keep this pheno as a keeper, allthough this plant is the winner in terms of Amnesia similarity.
I am very happy that I got to grow this strain for Kannabia. I can certainly recommend the strain. Perhaps not if you are looking for the real Amnesia, but it is and remains a super strain with a good yield, very tasty, and a strong effect π½π½π½
Thank you for making our latest 'Go Fast' variety, the Amnesia Haze Go Fast, the star of this adventure at Kannabia! We hope you and your plant form an unbeatable team and achieve incredible results. πͺ
Weβre sending you our strongest orange vibes to help you make it happen! π§‘
Enjoy every moment of the journey! ππΏ
