MG1L100 This is my first grow of my new MiniGrow One Large. So very excited to test it. I planted the seed directly into soil, added some water and covered the seed with an old water bottle to increase humidity until the seed popped. In the past I’ve tried other various methods to pop the seeds. I’ve found planting into the soil is the least complicated approach with the best results. I’ve added an AC Infinity watering device under the pot but it’s not going to be used for several weeks.

MG1L100 Just gave light watering twice this week and had the lights on for 20 hours. I was worried that the tiny plant would try to stretch to the light so I reduced the red spectrum in the settings. I’m not sure if that made any difference as the mini grow is preprogrammed for all plant stages.

MG1L100 The plant leaves seemed to become a little droopy which was confusing as the temperature etc was fine. Then I realised that the A/C infinity watering system indicator has stuck half way. The water reservoir was totally dry by the time I noticed. From here on out the plant will get at least 3 litres of water a week but I expect that to double soon. There is a slight smell off the plant but the minigrow is silence and odorless. Really happy with the box.

MG1L100 This week there was strong development. I am concerned about the leaves as they look a little droopy. I noticed that the ph in my under-pot watering device was increasing over a few days. It was 7.4 when I realized. This could be the cause of the leaves situation. Will lay off the feed for now and just feed with water.
