Biobotaniker98 Soooo die erste Blütewoche ist rum.. es gab leider ein paar Komplikationen. Aber ohne die geht es ja bekanntlich nicht haha. Nach bereits einem Tag haben die Mädels sichtbar angezogen und ihre Energie in Höhe gesetzt. Dabei explodierte leider such das Blätter Dach..(bei der menge an Hauptrieben leider schlecht wegen der lichtverteilung) Also ging es los 3 1/2h entlauben. Dabei ist leider die Spannung bei einer der Damen auf Stamm so groß geworden, dass er mittig 5mm eingerissen ist. Offenbar aber kein großes Problem, sie hat es super weggesteckt und auch keine gestressten Anzeichen gemacht. Als wäre nie etwas passiert ❤️?🧘‍♂️ Dennoch hat die starke entlaubung knapp 4 Tage Wachstumsbremse verursacht. in der letzten Woche sind sie aber dennoch um 8cm gewachsen. Man sieht auch deutlich, dass sie sich erholt haben. aktuell beobachte ich Höhenwachstum sowie aber auch breitenwachstum. Wie ein Teig der Langsam aufgeht. Der Prototyp meines Trainings beweist sich immer noch sehr gut und bis auf den kleinen niederschlag (fühlt sich nicht ganz so an) läuft es super ab morgen gehe ich auch hier vom Ec höher und gebe ihnen damit genug Nährstoffzufuhr für die Anzahl an trieben die es zu versorgen gilt 🧘‍♂️ Bleibt dran, lasst ein like und eure Meinung gerne da 💚💚💚??

Biobotaniker98 Unfortunately, a lot has happened in the 2nd week of flowering.. First, the weather changed and then powdery mildew came.. but I won't let 9 weeks of work go to waste!!! So I started radical defoliation (unfortunately during stretch) and treatment with a spray for 4 days. I also had to drastically increase the airflow (but they are small trees, the airflow doesn't bother them at all) and also bend and break to get the humidity under control.. For the past 5 days, there have been no further spots that would indicate the presence of powdery mildew. They will be selected again, as they have developed a lot of side branches that would ultimately cause problems in the current phase. Overall, they are perfectly healthy and are already forming their flower stigmas 👌

Biobotaniker98 After the mice arrived in their large pots 3 days ago, we could start with the LST right away. The topping was done 7 days ago at that point. You can clearly see that they are vibrant and responding well to training. Right now, it's about breaking the apical dominance and getting all the shoots to the same height for the net. Additionally, new extra shoots will emerge from the two top shoots through training, just like you saw with our Bruce Banner. Let's see how fast they grow 😁

Biobotaniker98 In the last 14 days, the 3 have grown enormously! You can clearly see the compact growth structure of the Candy Store genetics. In the meantime, I've increased the EC from 2.1 to 2.38, and look at that, in the runoff I could only measure 2.0-2.1. They are already handling it super well, which is probably no surprise given the amount of shoots. As I can observe time and again, the plant needs significantly more energy for each additional shoot than one might think. You can also see how vital the growth is in all three, as well as the different growth of each one. Especially "Johanna" is really thriving and often stands out. It's as if I've caught 3 different phenos, which makes the whole thing more exciting. Currently, it's a bit dry with 45% humidity during the day and at night it's relatively solid at 56% humidity. The leaf color is nice and rich, and the position is clearly a sign of their good condition. The plan is to send them into flowering in about 10 days if the growth continues to be exponential. About every 3-4 days, I remove leaves from the crown so that all shoots can receive light evenly and to prevent unnecessary stretching of the internodes, which are currently really top-notch👌 At the end of the week, there will be a new update. Biobotaniker98 In week 5, the little mice have really put their energy into their side branches as you can see, they're getting more compact. This is one of the biggest characteristics of Candy Store. From now on, there will be less intervention, and they have about 7-10 days left before they are sent into flowering and the final defoliation. I started the week with an EC of 2.4 (very high at this stage, if you believe any chart) but they showed no signs of stress or anything like that, especially since I’m training a very high number of main colas, so they need more energy. Imagine that with an athlete or bodybuilder who requires much more than an average person. So already pretty strong ladies 😉🧘‍♂️ The pH was stable at 5.7. Now, 6 days later, it turned out that both EC and pH have shifted (EC 2.5, pH 5.0). But now you can clearly see how robust the genetics can be. The pH has been stabilized again with a consistent EC. The lights are still running at only 60% power (2x 150w out of 250w). I’m curious to see what will happen in the coming days, as their growth is currently about 1-1.5cm per day, since there have been no more interventions. Of course, I’ll keep you updated. So far, highly recommended 👈?👌💚

Biobotaniker98 It unfortunately took a bit longer.. I wasn't able to implement the planned switch to flowering yet and had to keep them for another week. They are developing great, but due to the low lamp height of about 35cm at the beginning, they invested more in lateral branches than in height. Nevertheless, they have handled every defoliation well, and now they are almost uniformly at the height of the net. Additionally, they have an EC between 2.5-2.6. Next week, they should recover and gain some height (for that, I raised the lamp by 10-15cm). By raising the lamp, you can "force" the plant to stretch slightly through its natural search for light movement. However, they have already developed splendidly. But you will see the final structure on Sunday for the switch. Until then, keep your fingers crossed that we reach a height of 40cm by then 🤯😍👈💥

Biobotaniker98 Now it's time.. 7 weeks of the vegetative phase are over 🤯 As you can see, the Candy Store has developed super well. At first, it looked a bit wobbly and I had to do some trimming here and there 😅 and now we already have real "boxwood trees." Throughout the entire time in veg, I can say that it's a super trainable genetic variety, as well as very stress-resistant! (sometimes 2-4 interventions a week) Additionally, they put out a lot of side branches, which complements the training with topping perfectly. They also tolerate a lot of nutrients (currently already EC 2.8), of course only with the right training. Here with me, they have to support quite a few branches. There were no problems at all, they're just a bit height-shy, which I'm now compensating for by slightly raising the lamp to a distance of 45cm (so they stretch a bit). Otherwise, I'm now curious to see how they will behave in the upcoming 2 weeks during the stretch 🤯 stay tuned! NOW IT'S GETTING EXCITING! Show some love for the little ones 💚💚
