She’s doing good overall and showing some healthy steady growth. Compared to the Kalini Asia she’s a little bigger and seems to be developing a bit faster too. I decided to top her and she’s been recovering well, pushing out new growth and starting to branch out more. Now, she may not look like the prettiest plant in the room at the moment, but trust me... she'll get there 😏. Sometimes the ones that look a little rough after training end up becoming the nicest plants later on. I’ve also switched her over to Gaia Green because I want to try running her organically this time around. It’ll be interesting to compare the results against my usual Athena runs and see how she responds throughout the grow. Overall, everything is going smoothly. IslandTerps Strain: Fast Buds – Purple Lemonade FF Grow Type: Indoor Pot Size: 1 Gallon Pot Medium: Peat Moss & Perlite Nutrient Line: Transitioning Back to Athena Week 5 Update Purple Lemonade FF is doing okay, but if I'm being honest, she's not quite the size I was hoping for at this stage. Growth has been a little slower than expected and she's not where I envisioned she'd be right now. That being said, I'm not losing hope 😅. She's healthy, the color is good, and there are no major issues to report. Sometimes plants just take their own path and there's no point forcing things. The plan now is to keep her in veg for a while longer and give her the time she needs to develop properly. I've also decided to switch her back over to Athena nutrients. I gave the Gaia Green experiment a shot, but I'm just not loving the growth rate I'm seeing compared to what I'm used to with Athena. Nothing against organics, it just wasn't giving me the results I was looking for on this particular plant. Overall she's healthy, she's growing, and we'll keep working with her. Sorry for the long gap between updates, but she's still here and doing her thing! Earlier in the grow I wasn't too impressed with her growth rate, especially while I was experimenting with Gaia Green. Since switching her back over to Athena and giving her plenty of time in veg, she's been coming along much better. I've been working on her structure, training and spreading her branches out rather than worrying about rushing her into flower. She's going to stay in veg for a good while longer, so there's plenty of time to keep shaping her into the plant I want Sometimes you've just gotta be patient with them. She wasn't exactly blowing me away earlier in the grow, but she's healthy, progressing, and we've got plenty of time 😏🌿. Let's see what we can turn her into before flower.
