They look dry from low humidity/ high light intensity.
My lights have been on 50-60% 24” /60cm 65-75% RH in veg.
I honestly wouldn’t worry about your PH coming out too much just continue watering with the correct
PH going in, with a little run off so you can assure you’re soaking the soil then letting it dry back.
Things will bounce back and the plant will “harden” up to your environment.
Some yellow leaves and brown spots are normal when you’re not dialed in with your watering feeding.
If you have dry spots and have been watering irregularly you’re going to have hot spots in the soil.
Also the size of your pots VS How much soil is in there is not ideal for living soil. The nutrients will be used up quite quickly. Soil in a pot only lasts for 1-2 months max
