GrislyOldVet Ionframe A7 light is hung at the top of the tent. Intensity is 80% which translates to to PPFd is 300 ish at seedling level. The light seems to be working just fine for the seedling so far. I started with very light feed solution for the first week to get her started. Watering only around the seedling in a tight circle to keep moist...not wet.

GrislyOldVet 5/25-Progressing nicely.
5/28-First 2 weeks have gone right by the book. I've kept the watering light but moist, The light intensity is spot on and even though the Ionframe A7 is setting high up in the tent the plant is not 'stretching' at all. The leaf structure is textbook so far with 4 nodes working and 5th on the way. She has definitely worked her way through the seedling phase and is now heading into full veg mode. Next week I'll slightly turn up the nute load and see how she handles it. So far so good!

GrislyOldVet 5/30-Plant continues to develop in a textbook way. Five nodes deep with 6th forming. Branches and leaves are well formed and sturdy. Color is perfect. Roots have clearly taken hold now as growth is happening visibly faster. I think she's about ready to switch from gentle hand watering to autopot Tray2Grow. Started prepping for the transition by watering around the outside of the plant to the inner third to moisten the coco throughout the grow bag. I'l do this slow and steady for the next day or 2. Enough to get a moisture reading but not enough for runoff. So far she is right where we want to be.
5/31-Switched LCC over to the autopots today. Did a watering to moisten the rest of the bag before start. Enough to moisten but not runoff. Added nutes to reservoir for EC of 1.24 and Ph at 5.9. Prepped the tray and turned on the Autopot with 5 gallons (41.7 pounds). Water weight after tray fill was 33.7. One gallon of water used.I added a platform scale underneath the reservoir to help me calculate daily water usage. Genius tip from ChatGPT.
6/4-Autopot seems to be working and wicking into the grow bag. Plant is showing no signs of adverse effects w Autopot. Leaves are solid green with great shape. Stems and stalk are firming up. Canopy is spreading nicely with lots of solid growth underneath. Doing some aggressive leaf tucking to get more light there. So far things are right on track for a great result.

GrislyOldVet 6/16-She continues to cruise along. LST to separate the branches for more light is working. She is starting to stretch which makes it easier. First signs of pistils emerging at pre-flower.
6/18-Five weeks in and pre-flower is in full force now. This is where the fun starts.

GrislyOldVet 6/19-Boosting nutes and light intensity. She's healthy and asking for more now.
6/21-Increased light intensity to 900 PPFD. She's starting the stretch.
6/23-Up to 13 inches now. No adverse effects from increased PPFD. Water consumption is increasing. Leaf temps are still comfortably below tent temp. She's setting up nicely for productive flowering phase.
6/24-Up to 14 inches this morning. Next week should see some explosive growth. Buds are starting to stack.

GrislyOldVet 7/4-Back after a week out of town. Lots of stretch since last week. Lots of bud development. Big item this week is that we have switched to 12/12 light schedule to accomodate Photoperiod Blueberry Runtz who is sharing the tent. To compensate for the loss of hours I've increased to the PPFD. So far she is handling it like a pro. It will be interesting to see what impact the new light schedule will have as she had a long run at 19/5 with high intensity.
7/6-Buds are starting to stack and add resin on leaves. Stretch looks like its almost done with plant around 21 inches tall. I added some suppports to help spread the canopy. She's got some purplish color this time around which is awesome. I added a bit more nutes to the mix. PPFD is around 1,000 at 80% with no adverse effects noted.
7/8-Buds are getting fatter and frostier now. Stretch seems to have stopped at 22 inches. She has handled the extra nutes and light intensity without a hint of stress. All systems are go as we enter the last 3-4 weeks.
7/9-First 9 weeks have been textbook. What is not textbook is switching from 19/5 hour cycle to 12/12 to accomodate a photoperiod in the tent. So far if I did not know better I see no real difference in the plant. She's healthy, buds are getting fatter and frostier. They even have that 'purplish' expression that I did not get on my last LCC grow. The last LCC was my quickest autoflower from seed to harvest at 72 days. My gut is this one goes longer than that.

GrislyOldVet 7/12-She looks like she has got 2-3 weeks left so I decided to add the PK 13/14 into the mix. But to do that I needed to move her into the single XL Autopot currently occupied by the Blueberry Runtz photo. I've switched the plants now and added a separate water bottle to feed the mix with PK 13/14 into the autopot. She has stopped stretching and even though the buds look good in the photos they are lacking in density and are quite small. I hope that the PK 13/14 helps bulk them up.
