Zamaldelica Fridge ScrOG

Cannarich Grown outside for first week. Daytime here 16:8 and very sunny whilst she was outside. Into fridge grow space at 17:7 and 350 PPFD. Weather not going to be great outside now for a few days, so time to live indoors.

Cannarich Looks like the roots have made good progress and the veg is accelerating now. I'll tweak the lights power up in the next few days. Screen is built ready to deploy, and auto watering fitted and tested, although no watering needed just yet. New USB fan fitted with built in battery backup, so fan doesn't switch off if there is a power dip.

Cannarich She's looking more like an Indica than a wild landrace Sativa 🤔 5th internode is there and 6th is budding, but she's so compact I can't get the scissors in to top her yet.

Cannarich Topped leaving 4th internode at the beginning of the week. After an initial sulk, with apical dominance gone, she has put on a massive stretch and doubled in height. Now showing 2nd internodes on both main stems, so expect it will be only couple of days before I top again. Still looks like a fat Indica, but at least the internode spacing is getting easier for second topping.

Cannarich Second topping a couple of days ago, leaving 3 internodes. Screen fitted yesterday. Will swich to 11:13 in a day or two. No sulking after this topping. Note to self; remember to try the screen for fit before you need it, not find out the door won't close when you try to use it!

Cannarich Switched the lights and stretch continuing as expected. Started feeding very dilute tomatoe feed. Screen filling out nicely, so hope to see some pistles soon, as I understand Zamaldelica likes to grow tall. Beginning to belive I have a 100% sativa now the new leaves are less wide.

Cannarich Nearly full screen. Still very fast growth. Trying my best to keep it even. Started lollipoping slowly and removing some leaves on top which were smothering buds.

Cannarich Buds starting. ScrOG screen fairly full, but middle not so great. There are some small sites under there, so hopefully get something worthwhile appearing, but it's too late to move anything major. Fitted a new fan to give some extra ventilation above the canopy. Had a good defoliation under the screen.

Cannarich Getting some pale leaf, so upped the nutrients a little. More defoliation and removing pointless growth. Fitted 25lt resovoir tank and modified dehumidifier with drain pipe, as going away for 12 days leaving this girl to fend for herself.

Cannarich After 12 days leaving her in the lap of Shiva, she survived! And doing pretty well concidering. I swapped out Tomorite for three Biobizz products, because they are more natural. I mean, what's not natural about growing cannabis in a fridge?

Cannarich Turns out the auto watering over watered whilst I was away. I haven't watered for the last 5 days after the plant showed stress, yellow dropping leaves and scrawny stretch. 😬

Cannarich I thought it was going to die after the severe overwatering whilst I was away. But somehow it is still growing some reasonable buds,despite loosing all the fan leaves. I went back to Tomorite nutrition, because it's gentler on the destroyed roots.

Cannarich Halved the watering with no nutrients for the last week. Lowered the temperature. Chopping tomorrow.

Cannarich So after the holiday overwatering, what I thought was a disaster, has actually produced some meaningful bud. It smells delicious. At a guess there is around 35g well over an ounce. Drying in the same fridge with controller set to 15C 55% humidity.
