This was a good week although the Netherlands had a heatwave and the temps outside were around 37 for 2 days. They survived and actually thrived in the sun! The temps keep being on the high side but nothing I can do 🤔 I was afraid the sunlight on the pots would make the roots really hot so I tried to keep the pots in the shade but the plant in the sun. She's drinking about 1.5 liters every 2 days now :)
@StonedBoris, thank you! Did not know that, just figured rain must be better than what's coming out of my tap. I think my tap water is around 7.5 so rain it is 😄
Hi,
She should be flowering by now! If u compare it with the rest of Quick Ones u maybe lead to think that she might be stunned. It´s a bit small for a month old. Check the water pH, that´s really important.
Good Luck!
@HannahIndica,
I´m a noob, This is only my point o view of what i've learn so far.
You're gonna have to feed her at some point and you'll have to measure the mixture pH. This is a deal breaker! I Buy 2 of those digital yellow meters just to be sure... i know u are on budget, but if u think it over on the long run, it's nothing!
@zedoninha, thank you for your comment! In the beginning I watered way too much. My whole pot was wet for the first 2 weeks. That's my fault as a beginner haha. I also didn't use perlite but universal soil so a lot of factors that didn't help so I don't expect much. I don't ph test because I didn't really have to give water, so far it has rained every few days so she's been getting rainwater :). Do you have a tip on which ph meter to use? I've heard those cheap yellow ones don't work too well and I'm on a budget. Now with buying nutrients today I'll have to save up a few weeks before I can get a ph meter. Thanks for the advice!!
