Leckmilch The weather is intense. I put them in the shade. They have developed well over the days.

Leckmilch The buds are increasing in volume. The smell is very sweet and slightly reminiscent of cherries. Last week was mostly overcast and really windy. Winds up to 70 KMH. I placed them in a somewhat sheltered spot to avoid stress.

Leckmilch Had a cool and rainy week, you could say autumn weather.
At the beginning of the week, it rained a lot, and so far I don't see any rot. I hope it can last another two weeks. Trichomes are 90% milky, some are already brown.. as soon as I see the first rot, I will harvest it.
Beautiful strain. Nice smell. Thick buds. Easy to grow. Ten out of ten stars.

Leckmilch I decided to harvest them today after all. The leaves are already showing their ripeness. They are completely covered in trichomes. 10-20% are brown, the rest is milky.
A few branches are already bending because the buds are nice and heavy. The buds are nice and firm and voluminous. The smell is fantastically sweet. Beautiful strain.
I would have liked to leave them for another week. But the weather report shows possibly six days of rain in a row. The potential loss would be too high for me.
Better to have a nice result. I'm curious about the dry weight.
Update: I actually discovered bud rot on two calyxes while trimming the buds... so I guess I did everything right with today's harvest.
@Webacca, you can almost see it that way. The brownish part isn't really intended from my perspective. But once the botrytis starts, you can end up throwing away a lot. And up here, there's really a lot of dew at night :(
Happy harvest! 👽💚🌱 Wishing you a heavy and successful harvest!
I wouldn't have taken that risk either. I actually had to harvest mine almost two weeks earlier because of the weather. 😭
I did a genetic cross project and named it OG Cream. I'd be happy if you check it out. 👽🙏🔥
I'm currently drying the harvest from this new cross and doing the final testing. I'd really appreciate hearing your thoughts once you take a look! 💚
@farah4weed, thank you so much. I actually found mold while trimming. So I did everything right.. growing outdoors is really challenging. You really have to plan at least a week or two in advance. But it's fun in the fresh air.. I wish you continued success!
