3rnest The plant is started in a small seedling box and kept indoors during the cold night temperatures, to then be moved outside after May 15th.

3rnest I took a cutting from the greenhouse since the plant is getting too big. I'm curious to see what size it will reach.

3rnest The greenhouse is slowly getting too small 😜 The heat with temperatures over 40⁰C seems to have been liked by the plant, and it keeps stretching towards the sky. It has now reached a height of over 2 meters. The space is getting a bit tight, but I will try to keep as many shoots as possible and tie them to the side in the greenhouse or let them grow out the top; otherwise, I guess I’ll have to trim a bit.

I also released some predatory mites in the greenhouse this week since I have a slight infestation of spider mites and thrips. I wanted to contain it in time before the infestation becomes a problem. Otherwise, the lady is developing wonderfully and is growing diligently.

3rnest I was already worried that the plant would start flowering too late, but slowly the first buds are showing, and I hope that September and October will be nice and warm and dry this year.

3rnest After it was 30⁰C again, it's now getting colder and rainy, the plant has now reached an incredible height of 3.5m.
