DocEmmettGrown420 First day of flowering. 3 photoperiod plants, 11 L fabric pots, Top Crop Heavy Mix soil. Mars Hydro TS1500 at full power (50cm). Stable environment at 24 °C / 52% relative humidity. LST and supercropping on Fat Bastard #1 (62 days of vegetative growth). The Scrambler Haze is going to stretch considerably – weekly updates. Organic fertilizer BioBizz starting this week.

DocEmmettGrown420 Overall, a positive week. The plant cover under the SCROG net is excellent for the 8th day of flowering, and the appearance of the first pistils confirms that growth is well underway in the development of the flowering sites. The temperature is slightly warm (27 °C/60% RH), but remains acceptable.
Two points to monitor this week: a slight yellowing of the leaves, which may indicate an early magnesium deficiency, and a drainage water pH trending towards alkalinity (7.8), which will need to be checked next week to confirm that it is not a trend towards alkalinization. The Scrambler Haze still has a comfortable growth margin before the lamp (52 cm); significant growth can be expected in the coming days, given its sativa dominance.
🌿 GROWING TECHNIQUE
Method: SCROG (Screen of Green)
Phase: Active folding — every day, guiding the new shoots horizontally under the trellis
Stop point: folding stops as soon as the pistils become widespread on all tips (which is currently happening on some branches).
Defoliation: Significant defoliation and complete topping planned for early next week, once growth stabilizes.
💊 NUTRITION
Phase: Weeks 1 to 3 (BioBizz bio)
Day flow (leaching alternating day):
Vermicompost leachate (leachate) 30mL/L
pH 6.4 / EC 0.50-0.60 mS
3 L per plant, 9 L in total
Standard feeding schedule: Bio Grow 1 mL/L + Bio Bloom 2 mL/L + Bio Heaven 2 mL/L + Silica 1 mL/L, target EC: 1.0-1.2 mL/L
Runoff control (Fat Bastard #2): pH 7.8 / EC 1.75 mS — substrate carrying its own nutrient load as expected from the amended living soil base.

DocEmmettGrown420 The second week marked the transition from the stretching phase to the beginning of the flowering development. The widespread presence of pistils was confirmed on all three plants on the ninth day. The SCROG net was nearly fully deployed by the end of the week.
Climate: Started at 27 °C/67 % RH — dehumidifier integrated into the tent mid-week, stabilizing at 25-26 °C / 55-62 % RH / VPD 1.20-1.35 kPa by day 15. Light intensity of the TS1500 reduced from 100 % to 75 % on day 15 after the top of the Scrambler Haze reached 34 cm from the lamp — supercropping and LST applied immediately to the tallest tops.
Nutrition: Two complete feedings of fertilizer (BioBizz BG+BB+BH+TM, EC 1.15-1.24 mS, pH 6.2-6.3) were alternated with watering using worm leachate (30 mL/L). Calcium and magnesium were added to correct confirmed interveinal chlorosis. The runoff water from FBT#2 tends to alkalinize (pH 7.8 → 7.6, EC 1.75 → 2.16 mS); the input pH was lowered to 6.0-6.2 and the flushing threshold set at 2.5 mS.
Training: End of SCROG staking (day 14) – the tops are now vertically cleared. Moderate defoliation on FBT#2 and Scrambler Haze, slight on FBT#1. Supercropping on FBT#2 and SH. Removal of underdeveloped branches on both. Application of ProNeem Harina soil mix in two rounds on all pots to combat fungus gnats.
