switched from grow to ionic bloom and added advanced nutrients BigBud at half strength at 1ml per ltr (Edit) i've also switched from 1 feed a day to 2 feeds. I give them 1ltr at lights on then another litre 6hrs later they've responded well so far
This is actually week 8 but for some reason I can't edit it on my phone. I started using Advanced nutrients big bud Coco this week at 1ml per litre and switched to Ionic bloom feed at around 2ml per litre
This is where I'm at so far with them 5weeks into flower, they've had lst plus supercropping (I'm still not too sure about this so didn't do a lot of it) and at week 3 of flower I stripped both plants of all their large fan leaves they looked pretty bare but seems to have done the job
Week 6 of flower now not really getting the gains i had hoped for but, the buds are nice and dense and as you can see not short of crystals looking frosty, the smell is amazing very pungent. It's going to be a nice smoke no doubt about that, just not a lot of it. I've put the EC up to 1.3 this week see what difference that makes and boosted my light to it's max 600+ I'm assuming this will be a long flower. Any constructive info would be much appreciated.
Today I've started them on Advanced Nutrients Overdrive as the girls have just started to turn orange, They smell awesome, still not the biggest of buds but they're frosty. EC is at 1.4 now I'm pretty high writing this and really cant think of anything else to say 😛 other than see what happens when overdrive has done its job in a couple of weeks 👌
Ok they're not gonna put much more weight on now, still smell dank, nice solid buds. Can't really compare it to other fat banana grows as it looks like they've given up 😕 Even tho this is not my best grow i will persevere.............. bla bla bla bla bla bla I'm off to a BBQ
My grow wasnt too bad getting just over 8 and half ounces from 2 plants, I'm pretty sure I could've went longer maybe a couple of weeks but I ran out of smoke lol and damned if I'm getting any from elsewhere with all that just waiting to be dried 😜
Yes I know this is a half arsed diary. The grow was pretty easy and the smoke is awesome. I'm going to cure the bulk of it and then come back to this to give a proper smoke report.... After a 3 and half month cure I'd say this has to be one of my favourite strains, after a couple a joints or however which way you want to enjoy it, it will leave you with a nice couchlock stone, it's perfect for any insomniacs out there like me. I'd definitely grow it again and give it a bit more time than I did here.
Try bud blood by advanced nutrients,I swear by it....pistils can develope alot quicker when switching and it seems to help stack the weight on.i dont think you'll be disappointed👍👊
@Chucklebrother1, not sure about the liquid form dude but I use the powder and its 0.5g to 1 litre of water....guessing the liquid will be similar....but it will have the dosage information on the back....advanced nutrients say use it for the first 2 weeks but I use up until week 5 of flowering and cant complain so far.....I've used it on autos this year for the first time and they've loved every minute of it as you can see😁👍
@GorillaKen, Ok cool think i will give this a try can get 250ml for £23.99 on Amazon. I have an auto crop in veg at the minute gonna get it for these and see how it goes. How much do you use per litre f water?
@Chucklebrother1, yeah its not cheap but worth every penny....yeah try using that instead of the big bud....you should notice a difference....I only buy it for each cycle so I get 40gram pouches for about 15 quid and that does me for flowering. I wouldnt use anything else....hopefully you see the same results!?
@ReinDeer, my 1st attempt with this strain she's a hardy plant and had no issues other than its height I suppose a little on the short side at 25in I guess the way I've trained them has made them wider rather than taller.
