Caertner I was able to find a really good-looking cutting at Cultiva. Luckily, no one was watching at the moment.
The guys from Topshelf Clones really know their stuff. Strong and juicy cuttings, just the very tips of the lowest leaves trimmed a bit. The plug is completely rooted... in terms of size, it's already growing again in 1-2 weeks. The plug is nicely moist, just how it should be.
No yellow spots or any color variations. Really nice... and I've wanted to test the Oreoz cross for a long time. The Oreoz alone was too... intense for me.
Let's see what the Austrian can do. If it doesn't turn out well, I messed it up.
Happy Growing everyone!

Caertner After repotting, she's now in DWC.
First root tips are already poking out at the bottom.
Unfortunately, the neighbor has gotten thrips. I've already rubbed one off here... but it's probably just a matter of time before they jump over from the pilot.
Neem oil is on the shopping list.
Since the cut was on 06/08, it's now week 5.
Update: Right after the first contact with water, things really take off. A lot more roots, and you can also see the increasing supply nicely on the leaves. The leaves are turning a nice juicy green from the veins outward. Chlorophyll can now be produced more than sufficiently.

Caertner The circles of hell are not closing in!
Thrips from the neighbor couldn't spread and are gone...
Danger averted, training started. The stem is nice and thin and flexible. Now it's consistently tied down to 10-15cm.

Caertner Slowly, the little Inferno is pushing towards the sky. Slowly...? Well, it has really picked up in the last week.
I started with LST and therefore it's only 15cm. It should actually be more like 30....

Caertner A little defoliation and a LST or two... three, she's got. So for now, she'll stay at 15cm...
The middle shoot is giving off a good cutting. Let's see if someone wants to take a cut...

Caertner The DantesInferno bends really well... the branches are very flexible.
So it's going to be nicely trained for another week or two. It should get a bit bigger.

Caertner From now on, it's 12-12. The stem is strong and the plant is big enough. Let's see how it goes during the stretch.
