Canna96 Hey now, time to get this fall run kicked off. I just popped 12 seeds Saturday in paper towels, and then put them in solo cups this morning before work. Three of them are already peeking through the seed starter mix. I will keep the strongest seeding of each strain, and give the rest to a friend. I am planning to transplant from the solo cups in about two weeks, then they will go into the 5X5 tent in Airpots and hooked up to a drip system from a reservoir where they will get fed 4 times per day. I am planning to mainline all the plants as it gets a little tight fitting 5 plants into my 5X5. I am planning to harvest them around New Years, but whichever ones are ready early will get chopped and hung to dry in the 2X2 while the rest finish and they will get hung in the same 5X5 they grew in. I have found the best time in my region to start seedlings is in the late summer, when its already hot and humid, and by flower time in the fall, the weather is much cooler and less humid, and it works with me and not against me. I have found it easier to just do one run with multiple strains, and get a few pounds to last me the rest of the year. Its also nice to get a break to get some fishing and travelling in between runs. I will be flushing and buffering my coco coir in Cal Mag this week, and also doing a final cleaning and setup of my main tent. Thanks for stopping by, safe and blaze on!

Canna96 Hey now, his week went excellent, all the seedlings are doing great and they started feeding on some cal mag and veg nutes at a very low dose. I will gradually increase the strength of the nutes, and I will transplant them into their final homes in about t seven to ten days. I got my coco coir flushed and soaking in some cal mag solution and ready to go. I also cleaned out the main tent and the airpots I will be transplanting to. Not much to do this week but wait for the seedlings to grow, once they get in the airpots they will take off, and then the training begins. I am planning to build 5 mainlines and see what these genetics can do. Thanks for stopping by, safe safe and Blaze On!

Canna96 The ladies are looking happy, I'm feeding them about every other day, with cal mag and veg nutes, i started with about 400EC on day 7, and bumped it up each day until I fed them last night with 900EC. I will be transplanting them into their final homes sometime this week, and they will probably get their first topping within 48 hours of going into their final homes. I just let them really adjust and take off first, which only typically takes two days tops. then they will start feeding four times per day at around an EC of 1200. They will also go under a 300-watt Mars Hydro LED, where I will keep them until flower, then I will use CMH lighting. I will also probably run a time lapse of building the mainlines once they go in the big tent later this week. I've never run these specific strains, but have run strains by Brothers Grimm, RQS, and Barney's Farm and have had excellent results. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe, and blaze on!

Canna96 Hey now, another good week for the ladies. I transplanted them on Day 19, they looked sad for almost 45 minutes, then they bounced back and started pointing towards the lights again. I ended up topping them today on Day 21, as they all had 6 nodes. I have them all under a 300 watt Mars Hydro, and they are feeding 4 times per day. I threw the extra two seedlings into fabric pots, and I'm still not sure if I'm keeping them or giving them away. There is plenty of room in the tent, at least for now....Hopefully I can get the second toppings done by next week. So far they are looking fairly good. I did set up a time lapse Friday when I transplanted them so I'll post some video of that next week. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe, and Blaze On!

Canna96 Hey now, I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. The ladies are doing excellent. I just topped the Grimm Glue and Royal Runtz that are in soil, all 5 ladies in Coco will be receiving their second round of toppings this week, probably Thursday or Friday. I am doing some very mild LST just to separate the mains slightly, but I will focus more on LST training after this second set of toppings. Still just feeding on Cal Mag, and Maxi Gro from GH. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe, and blaze on!

Canna96 Hey now, another great week for the ladies. I got the final toppings completed on the Grimm Glue and Royal Runtz this morning on Day 35, so each of those mainlines has 8 mains, the THC bomb and Northern lights I am running 4 mains each as they are indica growth traits and I'm hoping for 4 donkey dicks. I will just do some LST for the next two weeks, and then flip to flower. It has been taking me 6 weeks to build the mainlines, so happy to get it done in 5 weeks this run. I'm still feeding CalMag, and GH Maxi Grow veg nutes. Not much to do but some LST to spread them out and get ready to flip to flower in a couple weeks. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe, and Blaze On!

Canna96 Hey now, hope everyone had a great weekend. The ladies are all doing great, the Sativa leaning strains are definitely growing faster than the Indica leaning ones, however I will use risers under those plants to keep the canopy even. I am still feeding Silica, Cal mag, and veg nutes, and I will let them Veg for one more week until day 42, then I will flip to 12/12. Six weeks will be the shortest Veg time I have run with any photoperiods, as it typically takes me 7 weeks to build the mainlines and let them bush out. I am also running a Royal Runtz and a Grimm Glue in soil, to compare with the ones grown in Coco, they are not mainlined as they didn't grow as fast as the ones in Coco and I didn't want to hold the rest back. These genetics all seem strong and healthy. I am still just running LED lights and I will add a 315Watt CMH to the mix for flower, which also works out well as the temps in my region are starting to drop, and in another week or two, we will have night temps in the 40's which is perfect for cooling off a hot grow room. I only do one run per year, and the best timing for me is to pop the seedlings in August, and by the time we get to flower, the weather is cooler and much less humid. I hope everyone has a great week, stay safe and Blaze On!

Canna96 Hey now, hope everyone had a great weekend. The ladies are doing excellent, I flipped to flower today. The plants with 8 mains are the Grimm Glue, and the Royal Runtz, the THC Bomb, and Northern Lights will have 4 chonky mains on them. I also added a 315 Watt CMH to the mix, it will provide some extra warmth, and burn off some extra humidity in flower more than the LED's. I did some defoliation this morning before flipping the lights, and I will do another round of defoliation in about two weeks and then that will be it. The ladies are trained and fairly flat right now, so not a whole lot to do but see how much these pigs stretch in the next couple weeks. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe, and Blaze On!

Canna96 Hey now, hope everyone had a great weekend, the ladies are doing excellent after the flip to 12/12. They are growing out nicely and filling out the canopy of the 5X5 very nicely. I am still feeding cal mag and Veg Nutes, and will continue to do so for another week. I will start to transition to flower nutrients at the end of this week, and by the end of week 3, they will be getting all flower nutrients. The only slight issue I am battling is humidity, which isn't overly crucial in the first week of flower, but when the flowers start to stack in a couple weeks it will be crucial. I am currently running one dehumidifier constantly outside the grow tent, and I have another one that kicks on during lights off to combat the rise in humidity. This is also the first run where the ladies daytime is actually nighttime here and the lower nighttime temps make it much easier to keep the tent cool. I am pretty much done training, and am just doing some light defoliation here and there. Not much else to do but sit and wait for some flowers. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe, and blaze on!
Thank you, much appreciated. I'm trying to keep the Grimm Glue and Royal Runtz under control while the Thc Bomb and Northern Lights fill out. I'm running 4 mains on the Indicas and 8 mains on the Sativa this run.
