Seeds arrived on June 6th. Put them in a glass of water for 18 hours.100% germination rate, shoutout to Royal Queen Seeds.
Then i germinated them in a tupperware (out of direct sunlight) between wet paper towels. It took cca 1 day. Ready to be planted.

Hello fellow growers, what is your opinion on the Veg/Bloom switches?
Does it make sense to use only the Veg switch for a couple of weeks or do you think that full spectrum all the way is better?
I have the Viparspectra V450.

Use Veg for week 1-4 then flip to full spectrum.

Hi mate I am also using a Viparspectra 450w and during veg I had it on veg but at full power worked really well Then only switched over to bloom once I saw the preflowers (white pistils) I definately notice a more red orientated colouring in the bloom setting which is what you want. Hope Ive answered your question

In veg, i would use veg switch only, why? Because while the plants are small they only need a fraction of the light that they need while in bloom. In bloom use full spectrum, since the more watts you use the bigger the yield.
