Super Boof DWC | 1-Handed Lazy Grow

Hempel420 Welcome to my very first diary on GrowDiaries! I’m running 2x Super Boof by Barney’s Farm in a Spider Farmer DWC (2-bucket system) under a Lumatek ATS 300W. The Real Challenge: I had surgery on my left hand on the exact day I started germinating these seeds. If the timing works out as planned, I’ll regain full use of my hand right around harvest time! Until then, this is a true 1-Handed Lazy Grow – testing how simple, efficient, and low-maintenance a DWC setup can be when you literally only have one functional hand available. Follow along to see how two Super Boofs thrive under these unique conditions! Now for the details: First of all, I neither have a degree in grow-science nor in bro-science. Everything I do is just what works for me. I’ve been growing weed since the early '90s, and if something worked out back then, I simply kept doing it. Germination Protocol: The Soaking: Soaked both seeds for 36 hours in a glass of RO (Reverse Osmosis) water in a dark spot, with a small splash of H2O2 (3%) for sterilization and to soften the shell. Plus medium Prep: Simultaneously prepped two rockwool cubes by soaking them in RO water pH-adjusted to 5.5, also treated with a bit of H2O2 (3%) to keep everything sterile. Next Steps: Placed the soaked seeds into the rockwool cubes and … that‘s where veg week 1 begins so stay tuned to see if one hand is all you need to grow.
