Hella Jelly and Mephisto O'z

awwwwwwwwwww Looking good so far! 260 PPFD, 18 DLI. 0.77 VPD. I just added more soil since it started sinking. Gave them 1.0L water each after germination, and 1.8L 2 days later. Temperatures are little high due to the weather, but no worries. The fan on the 6-year-old light stopped working, so I may need a new one for next grow. #1) Looking the best so far, which is what I was hoping for. Really want a big yield on this one #2) I took the shell off after day after germination. One cotyledon is bent but looks good otherwise #3) Was light color, but back to green today #4) No issues

awwwwwwwwwww Day 16 and looking good. Increased light to 65% and now 275 PPFD and 20 DLI. Added more soil and filled the bottom-feeding pots for the first time. I watered the tops and it hasn't dried out in the 5-6 days since, so it must be working as intended. Garden Glimpse only 13%, but that may be from leaving the tent open to get the bottom-feedings going. The next 10 days are pivotal because that's when my high PH and yellowing issues tend to start. 1) O'z - Easily the biggest one, which is ideal. It's the only wrinkly one, but no big deal 2) Strawberry Nuggets x Livers BX1 - This is in the best shape as it prays the most 3) Hella Jelly [A] - Looks good 4) Hella Jelly [B] - Smallest one. May be a compact plant

awwwwwwwwwww Day 23. Eventful week! 0.7 VPD. Topped plants #1-#3. Tent started to smell, and leaves smell after touching them. Increased light from 65% to 80% (375 PPFD, 27 DLI). Added side lighting, shirt hangars (to expand tent space), and my new oscillating fan. Gave nutrients for the first time. Started leaf-tucking. May defoliate next week. Both Hella Jelly plants have weird, rounded leaves near the bottom, which I thought was a mutation at first. Temps changing from the weather, which I guess is why the Garden Glimpse numbers are bad, but it never seems to affect anything. All plants 6.5" except for #4 (5.0"). I will probably add the trellis next week. 1) O'z - A little yellowing of the leaf ends, but nothing concerning yet. Looks less lively than the others. Stems turning purple. 2) Strawberry Nuggets x Livers BX1 - Still looks the healthiest. 3) Hella Jelly [A] - Looking perky. 4) Hella Jelly [B] - Didn't top because I want this runt to be as tall as the others.

awwwwwwwwwww Day 30. 0.6 VPD. Increased light to 100%. PPFD 450, DLI 40. Another good week with a lot of growth. Defoliated and lollipopped plants #2-#4, but not O'z just in case leaves burn off. Weather got hot and humid, and temp/humidity went as high as 87/87. Gave Bloom nutrients for the first time. Also gave mycorrhizae for the first time and will probably do it again in a month. Pistils showing around Day 25. Garden Glimpse numbers are still bad, then I realized I never opened the trap door to let air in, so hopefully next week will have better numbers. 1) O'z - 16". A little burning of tips, which may be from nutrients. Base of stem looks the best. Leaves getting a little lighter. Was sweating to due humidity, which isn't a big deal 2) Strawberry Nuggets x Livers BX1 - 11.5" 3) Hella Jelly [A] - 12" 4) Hella Jelly [B] - 11"

awwwwwwwwwww Day 37. 630PPFD, 46 DLI. Up to 0.9 VPD due to humidity drop. Unfortunately, the yellowing/dying leaves happened like my previous grows. Ordered a Bluelab PH meter to help fix this. They are drinking more than I expected, and pots dried out by accident. I switched plants 2 & 3 to be closer to light. Plants look WAY better after the PH Down and top watering. Garden Glimpse still 9%, so opening the tent and increasing duct fan speed didn't change anything. 1) O'z - 22.5". Already taller than the O'z from my last grow. Grew so fast I didn't realize it got too close to the light. Turning purple. Leaves tend to be droopy, but upper leaves are perky. 2) Strawberry Nuggets x Livers BX1 - 14" 3) Hella Jelly [A] - 16" 4) Hella Jelly [B] - 14"

awwwwwwwwwww Day 44. Up to 1.0 VPD as humidity just fell a lot (finally!). Removed many of the leaves that yellowed a while ago, which are more soft than crispy now. Up until 2 days ago it was recovering well but recently started yellowing, so I gave nutrients (50% strength), including Max for the first time. PH is 6.0-6.2 for all plants which was a pleasant surprise, so I can be more aggressive with the nutes. Plants are drinking almost half a gallon a day! Almost let them dry out accidentally. Lollipopped some, including removing some larfs. Smell is a little stronger. Garden Glimpse up to 12% lol. 1) O'z - 26". Showing frost. Was much greener until 2 days ago. Had the least dead leaves. 2) Strawberry Nuggets x Livers BX1 - 16.5". This is the only one that didn't recover from yellowing. Ironically, stem looks much stronger, and a lot of roots are coming out near the bottom of the pot. Has the thickest pistils too. 3) Hella Jelly [A] - 19.5". Put on a 6.5" riser. DLI 60+ but it looks very happy and prays the most. 4) Hella Jelly [B] - 16.2"

awwwwwwwwwww Day 51. Up to 1.1 VPD. Plants are virtually done growing vertically. I may have FINALLY figured out my problem. Leaves got very yellow but are greener today after giving nutes (50% strength). I will now feed weekly, and possibly will increase to 75% Garden Glimpse up to 59% (from 12%). 1) O'z - 26.5 (final height)". Much frostier and purple 2) Strawberry Nuggets x Livers BX1 - 16.5" (final height). Lost a lot of leaves but exposed many bud sites in the process 3) Hella Jelly [A] - 20.5" 4) Hella Jelly [B] - 17.5"
