What is the best height to have the lamp from the plant? Also how high should we be running the light? We currently have our light running at 600W

Recommend starting 28-32 inches for seedlings. If they look like they are getting leggy/stetching towards the light, then lower it accordingly. Recommend 20-26 inches for veg and 18-24 for flower. You really have to watch how your plant reacts and adjust from there. Your temperatures will make a difference on how close you can get your light too! Different strains will have different light tolerances too!! Happy growing!!🍀💪🎄
