Recommend starting 28-32 inches for seedlings. If they look like they are getting leggy/stetching towards the light, then lower it accordingly. Recommend 20-26 inches for veg and 18-24 for flower. You really have to watch how your plant reacts and adjust from there. Your temperatures will make a difference on how close you can get your light too! Different strains will have different light tolerances too!! Happy growing!!🍀💪🎄

Good luck. Nice setup! 👊 if you start having some temerature issues you can straighten your air ducting to help with air exchange.
