Will start this tomorrow. I expect germination and planting to seedling within the week. Really looking forward to this set, especially the Apple.
Slightly delayed with this one but seeds have now gone in to water to soften and germination begins. I’ll start week 2 up from when they pop from the soil.
5 of 6 through just waiting on d last, it’s one of the Banana Crack that’s a little slow. The seedlings are just running on microbes and a root stimulator at the moment will spend veg below a low powered full spectrum led (Cree COB). With cfl side lighting. They’ll get at least 5 weeks from now to veg until they can be moved in to the flower tent. They’ll flower below either a 425W Vero cob set up or an Advanced platinum p900 full spectrum light, (it’s about 500 actual watts from da wall). I’ve already brought 1 cherry through the advanced light so I guess at least one of them should sit below the Timber grow light. So I can begin to work out differences between what the lights do, and which I prefer. Fingers crossed for a happy grow, big up going out to da Harvest Gods, please bless a mi crop with eye popping flowers dat kick like da Shaolin 🤘🏻😬🤘🏻
Things progressing slowly but surely.
Update - all running smoothly so far. It was one of the Banana Crack that was late to sprout, I think it got lost on da way up. Anyway all going well with it and I’m sure it’ll have caught up well before we move into the flower tent.
Update 2. All but the slow BC topped or fimmed. I decided to film both the cherry for this grow, I’m growing one at the moment and it seems no matter where the branch stretches from them atop is a bud equally sized to all the others. I normally like to top just for the fact that most of the time you’ll get a couple of equally sized colas growing from the op. I’ve found with fimming in the past it’s kind of all over the place and some of the tops produced just don’t get to reach their full potential. Anyway I’m not bothered about that with the cherry, I’m hoping they’ll all produce, if not ah well.🙄
Thing shaping up well all have been topped and had a few leaves trimmed back here and there. All but the slow Banana, I think that’ll be towards the end of this week. But I’m happy with progress so far.
Progress good all plants moving along nicely, the apple and the fist banana crack seem to be the most vigorous and vibrant in growth. They will be topped again and tipped if need be throughout this week, about 2 weeks until they’ll be moved to the fliwer tent and put under 12/12.
Everything looking good, the Cherry seems to be developing st a much faster rate than the others. Everything still growing quite aggressively and stretching at quite a nice steady pace, I don’t think I’ll have any problems with height anyway. One of the banana Crack is a little short and just falls below the rest of the plant canopy so I think I may raise it on a box to try and even things out a bit once stretch has come to its end.
Everything progressing really well. One of the cherries has an amazing covering of trichomes already and the apple are starting to cover. The two cherry are very different phenos as are the banana cracks. The Zour apples look very similar at the moment. At the end of this week the plants will get a GA3 spray.
Everything going great!! One of the cherry Garcia is in the front by a long way but everything is progressing as should. The apples smell super chemmy. The banana smells really really fruity and sharp. The cherry just unreal. Funnily enough the weakest performance in the tent so far is also cherry, the other pheno is a very different kettle of fish, the same smell but a very different look in shape and the buds look a little different too.
Everything’s moving really well in the tent only one of the plants has had to step back a little on nutrients but all in all they seem happy healthy and flowering😍😍😍😍 Cherry Garcia is both in the lead and at the back as far as the race goes. But both are really nice. Just one very fast the other a little slower. Banana Crack also starting to show out two very different phenos in there, both have very similar smells but completely different structures. The apples are also doing well, equally as well as each other, one seems to be a more orangey colour where as the other is white. Both have a very strong pungent chem stink.
I don’t know how the yeild will be, not huge, but to this point the quality is definitely evident. The Genetics are very easy to work with, in fact they need very little work at all.
Things progressing steadily in the tent. Smells us developing daily really stinky in there at the moment. The Apple kicking out a really pungent chem smell. The banana giving off a sharp citrus smell and the cherry a funky fruity smell.😍😍😍
Everything’s going great. My weeks on here have fallen out of sync though so this is next week not this week😂😂😂😂😂😂 Last week, this week, was lost in a stoned haze. Cherries almost ready to pop, bananas swelling and swelling and the apples just oozing oils.
Everything going well with the spicy fruit salad girls. The Apple definitely doesn’t smell apple, Chen through and through. The cherry really is cherry and the banana super sweet and fresh and yeah banana. Flushing now, plants all have milky trichs just waiting on the banana developing a few more amber then they’re down.
Everything went well right through flush the last to show amber trichs were the Banana Crack, on harvest everything was well ready to come down. Everything is hanging to dry I’ll complete the harvest section in about a week. I’ve tested all three. Zour Apples is an Indica beast, super strong and dank. Banana Crack is a Sativa with a kick, it’s good and tastes great, strong bananas and ripe fruits. The Cherry is fantastic, smooth sweet and strong. All drying steadily 5 days down.
Great easy grow, took well to led grow and nutrients never needed to step back. Needed support fairly early on in grow. Heavy flowers not massive but I guess loaded with oils and good stuff. No apple smell or taste with these two phenos at all. Both super heavy chem affairs. One however tastes a lot like gorilla glue, it is one of the parents. This cultivar has shot straight to the top of my lists of grow again. It’s pure fire.
Great to grow, no problems with uptake of nutes takes what she’s given. Both phenos great although one is pure Sativa the other has a very slight Indica kiss. The taste and smell are amazing. Very banana. The hit is fast strong and cerebral, it’ll lift yer head as high as it’ll go.
The apple is one of my most anticipated, when ever I visit Amsterdam I always make time to go over to a small coffee shop called “Rock It” Just by the red light district, I always go there to buy their Sour Apple Diesel, it’s always been for me the finest taste I could ever hope to find in a bag. Unfortunately as years have worn on it’s a little hit or miss, right now sometimes great sometimes I can’t taste it.😕😟😔. Anyway I’m hoping that in Zour APPLE to have found a similar or better dank apple smoke, something you really can smell and taste.✌️🏻😍✌️🏻
