Hi! Yes she looks good sized for that. usually good time to do that is after 4th or 5th node. Some say that topping autos is not wise but I seen good topped auto grows plenty here so... Happy growing!

Autos have a very small window of opportunity for TOPing, it has to be done above the 4th node, removing the 5th pair of leaves, before they fully open, by the picture it is hard to tell, but it looks like it's past that point and it's on the beginning stages of flowering. I would not top it at this point.
