They are currently hiding out under the canopy of a flowering plant, avoiding the spotlight like they're auditioning for an invisibility cloak. This lack of light is causing them to stretch quite a bit. Humidity is holding steady between fifty-five and sixty-eight percent, and temperatures are perfectly in check between twenty-two and twenty-five degrees. Growfather1 Hello everyone! Everything is looking great as we officially enter week two of the Amnesia Grow Diary, Part One. The young seedlings are currently sitting pretty directly under the LED light rather than being shaded under the canopy of a flowering plant. They are absolutely soaking up the rays and enjoying their dedicated light. They are still hanging out in their solo cups for now, but a transplant is definitely on the horizon. I plan to move them into their permanent homes in about 10 days from now. Everything is looking perfectly okay in the grow room. The environment is dialled in nicely right now: • Humidity: Holding steady at 65% • Temperatures: Ranging comfortably between 21°C and 26°C To keep everything protected, I will be giving them a preventative treatment with neem oil over the weekend. Honestly, they look so comfortable in those solo cups right now, I think they’re convinced they’re at a college frat party. This week, the girls got the ultimate spa day treatment. I started with a serious defoliation session, giving them a much-needed haircut to open things up. After clearing out the excess baggage, I gave them a thorough spray down with neem oil to keep any uninvited party crashers away. To top it all off, they got a good, clean flush to reset the system. Honestly, after a haircut, a full-body oil massage, and a heavy detox flush, they are feeling a little overwhelmed by the pampering. They are going to need a couple of days to recover from the stress of it all, but they will be bouncing back stronger than ever. As for the climate control, the environment is staying perfectly dialed in. The humidity is sitting pretty right around 65%. Temperatures are keeping cool and comfortable, peaking between 21°C and 26°C when things warm up. Everything else is looking completely on track and looking okay. They aren't exactly in peak pageant condition right now, but hey, we all have our awkward phases, right? I have high hopes that they will pull through and start looking much better in the coming weeks. Right now, I am giving them a solid feeding every one to two days to keep their energy up. However, I am starting to suspect that my pH meter is playing mind games with me again. It seems to have a personality of its own lately, so I am going to give it a reality check and start a fresh calibration today. There isn't too much else to report from the grow room this week. I topped them last week, so they are really relying on a perfectly balanced pH right now to bounce back and find their groove again. Growfather1 Hello everyone! Welcome back to the Amnesia Haze grow diary. We are officially rolling into week five of the vegetative stage, and the three ladies are still hanging in there. They aren't exactly in peak condition right now, but hey, it is what it is! They have been dealing with some persistent nutrient deficiency problems, largely because I was a bit sloppy with my feeding schedule in the past—only watering once every three to four days. This caused the pH in the medium to shift dramatically and stressed the plants. To get things back under control and stabilize the root zone, I have stepped things up and am now feeding them daily with a strictly regulated pH of 5.8. There are quite a few updates from the grow room this week. I successfully transplanted all three girls into 5-liter air-pots. They will stay in these containers for the next two to three weeks to build up a solid root mass before making the final jump to a bigger pot. I also decided to switch up my nutrient line, moving away from Canna and transitioning over to Plagron. Currently, I am dosing them at 2 ml per liter of water, supplemented with three drops of Hesi SuperVit to give them an extra boost. As for the environment, the grow room has been steady. The humidity has stayed above 63% all week long, and temperatures are hovering comfortably between 21°C and a maximum of 25°C. Growfather1 Hello everyone. Welcome back to our Amnesia Haze Part 1 diary. This week, we're in week six of the vegetative stage, and I'm happy to report that the plants are bouncing back. We had a bit of a setback recently due to a nutrient lockout caused by some faulty pH meters. After purchasing fresh calibration solution and getting both meters properly calibrated, the girls are finally receiving the correct watering without any more lockouts. For each plant, here's how we're doing: one was topped four times, and while I left another alone this week, I've defoliated all three of them to improve light penetration and airflow.
