They are currently hiding out under the canopy of a flowering plant, avoiding the spotlight like they're auditioning for an invisibility cloak. This lack of light is causing them to stretch quite a bit. Humidity is holding steady between fifty-five and sixty-eight percent, and temperatures are perfectly in check between twenty-two and twenty-five degrees. Growfather1 Hello everyone! Everything is looking great as we officially enter week two of the Amnesia Grow Diary, Part Two. The young seedlings are currently sitting pretty directly under the LED light rather than being shaded under the canopy of a flowering plant. They are absolutely soaking up the rays and enjoying their dedicated light. They are still hanging out in their solo cups for now, but a transplant is definitely on the horizon. I plan to move them into their permanent homes in about 10 days from now. Everything is looking perfectly okay in the grow room. The environment is dialled in nicely right now: • Humidity: Holding steady at 65% • Temperatures: Ranging comfortably between 21°C and 26°C To keep everything protected, I will be giving them a preventative treatment with neem oil over the weekend. Honestly, they look so comfortable in those solo cups right now, I think they’re convinced they’re at a college frat party. Recent Actions & Status * Major Maintenance: About 12 hours ago, the plants received a thorough defoliation, a neem oil spray treatment, and a good flush. They are currently recovering well from all that stress. * Lighting: The Spider Farmer light is currently running on a 24/0 schedule (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). * Future Plans: I am planning on transplanting them next week into a bigger pot to give the roots more room to explode. Growfather1 Hello everyone! Welcome back to the Amnesia Grow Diary, Part Two. We are officially rolling into week four of the vegetative stage, and the three girls are still hanging in there. They aren't exactly in peak pageant condition right now, but hey, we all have our awkward phases, right? I have high hopes that they will pull through and start looking much better in the coming weeks. Right now, I am giving them a solid feeding every one to two days to keep their energy up. However, I am starting to suspect that my pH meter is playing mind games with me again. It seems to have a personality of its own lately, so I am going to give it a reality check and start a fresh calibration today. There isn't too much else to report from the grow room this week. I topped them last week, so they are really relying on a perfectly balanced pH right now to bounce back and find their groove again. Growfather1 Hello everyone! Welcome back to the Amnesia Haze grow diary! We are officially rolling into week five of the vegetative stage, and the girls have a brand new home! A couple of days back, I transplanted them into 5-gallon pots. They seem to be handling the move well, though one of them looks like she's still deciding which room she wants to decorate first. Growth-wise, the new foliage is looking highly promising with a nice, vibrant green color. However, the older growth is yellowing out. I am highly suspicious that we are dealing with a nitrogen deficiency, likely brought on because the soil pH has climbed way too high. To counter this and keep things on track, I am switching things up and moving to a daily feeding schedule. Speaking of feeding, the kitchen menu completely changed this week. I have officially switched my nutrient line over from Canna to Plagron. Right now, they are getting 2 ml per liter of water, topped off with 3 drops of Hesi SuperVit to give them that extra kick. As for plant maintenance, I've already defoliated the top of one plant. The other one is staring at me waiting for her haircut, which I'll be jumping on in a couple of minutes—or a couple of hours, depending on how long my coffee break lasts! Environmentals are staying nice and stable. The humidity is sitting comfortably above 63%, and the temperature is hovering right between 21°C and 25°C.
