Swany This is a new platform for me to use for my grow journal. So I thought I'd check it out! I'm kinda still getting my grow space setup. I can't decide on which light is going to flower my 5 x 5 better. I have a Grower's Choice ROI-720, a Supreme S960, and a custom-built grow light with 8x QB-132 V2 boards from HLG...total wattage on it is 480. I'm very familiar with LM301B diodes and have had great success with the QB-132 V2 boards. But the other two lights have much higher outputs and better spectrums. I think it may come down to how much each light affects my electric bill.
For now, I have two small propagation lights from Mars Hydro that were kinda laying around. They seem to be working good
Anyway, I'm looking forward to journaling my grow here. I haven't grown in a few years.

Swany I'll be setting up drip irrigation lines this weekend, and they will go in their 7-gallon finishing containers.

Swany I know many people say you can't or shouldn't transplant autos, and that's true, but there is a way you can do it with a few solo cups (in pictures). Been doing my autos this way for at least 10 years. Works great.
All seedlings have been transplanted into their finishing containers (except for one).
I decided to veg with my custom QB-132 V2 light (700 watts), and will flower with my Supreme S9670 since it has UV and IR in its spectrum. The next hurdle is installing the automated drip irrigation, which I have never done before. I've always just hand-watered. But it's a bit pointless to grow in Royal Gold Tupur if you're not going to take advantage and fertigate multiple times a day, right?
I was starting to show what looks like a possible magnesium deficiency....but I was feeding too weak for too long, so I bumped up the feed and the new growth seems to be doing fine now.
