mfx98 Hello everyone! I'm new to the site, and I occasionally grow a few large plants in small-scale grows. Since I don't have air conditioning for financial reasons, I rely on specific times of the year to achieve good growing conditions, as I did with this grow. I make my own nutrient solution using salts I have at home. Here's my base recipe: 1. Calcium Chloride: 2.16 (gr/L) 2. Calcium Nitrate (Calnit): 22.8 3. Potassium Sulfate: 13.2 4. Monopotassium Phosphate (MKP): 7.2 5. Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt): 22.8 6. Micronutrients: 1.2 7. EC (Electrical Conductivity): 1800 (50 L) This is the base formula, but since I use tap water, it already has some EC, so the final values may vary depending on the local water supply or whether demineralized water is used. Overall, this was a truly satisfying grow, with results far beyond my expectations. I hope you enjoy it!

mfx98 At this point, I had already started training the plant and had done a topping. My goal was to shape its growth so that a single plant could fill the entire grow tent. These two pictures were taken just a few days from each other.

mfx98 At this stage, I introduced the SCROG and trained the branches as much as possible to achieve an even canopy, with uniform bud development and maximum coverage of the grow tent.

mfx98 Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take pictures when adding the second and third SCROG nets, However, in the last picture, you can see all three SCROG nets: one installed during veg, and the other two during flower — one around the middle of flowering and the last one a little later in the flowering stage. Here we can already see a beautiful plant with its first buds starting to develop. The height is under control, and the canopy has been managed as evenly as possible.

mfx98 At this point, I was already getting excited about the harvest. The plants were looking amazing! I had stopped all training by then and was just focusing on watering, keeping the EC around 1.5–1.8, taking into account that my water naturally has an EC of 0.4 after dechlorination.

mfx98 At this point, I was already counting down the secs until the first amber trichomes appeared. But there was no rush. I kept the EC at the desired level and patiently waited for the right moment.

mfx98 This is the last picture of her at 18 weeks old. The buds were already dense, and the plant was covered in resin. I personally like to harvest when amber trichomes make up around 10–15% of the total. She was harvested that same week. It was an excellent grow with very few issues. I did have a gnat problem toward the end, but I managed to control it within two days using yellow sticky traps and a biological control product. I posted this grow after it was finished, so I couldn't document everything the way I wanted to. However, as soon as the weather conditions are on my side, I plan to start another cycle, this time with Mimosa Orange Punch by Barney's Farm. The final dry yield was 320g. This was my first grow letting a single plant reach this size, and the results were surreal! Deluxe Sugar Cane by In House Genetics is phenomenal in terms of flavor, effects, and yield.
