I’ve started one seed of each strain, and I’m really excited about this run!
It’s my first time growing Night Owl and Humboldt genetics, and I’ve heard a lot of good things about Night Owl.
I’m really curious to see how this one turns out.
With the Squirt, I’m hoping to get something along the lines of Tangie.
That would be so nice haha.
I’m also running a cross I made myself. The parents are Frosty’s Auto Freak by Khalifa and Granite Haze by Speedrun Seeds.
I don’t expect it to show the freak mutation, since it’s an F1 and Granite Haze doesn’t carry the mutation. Still, I’m very excited to see what comes out of this cross!

punktkomma Day 5 Week 1
All seeds germinated successfully and have been transplanted into their final 4L pots.
One of the Hidden Berry Freaks turned out to be not so hidden after all haha. It showed a pretty funny mutation, growing three leaves on each set instead of two.
I decided to go with the fastest-growing little one instead, so I culled the mutant and will continue with the other plant. Curious to see how she develops!

punktkomma Day 13 – Week 2
I must have messed something up along the way, because they’re definitely smaller than my plants usually are at this stage haha.
My own Berry cross is showing the most vigour so far, while the Night Owl plant is the smallest of the bunch.
I installed the Tray2Grow system yesterday and will slowly start introducing them to bottom feeding.
It’ll all work out in the end haha!
Thank you for starting a new diary with our seeds and for trusting our genetics! We truly appreciate your support and hope you enjoy every step of the grow. 🌱
@TheHumboldtSeedCompany Really happy to see you stopping by my diary! 😊 I’m also super excited about the Squirt Auto. I’m hoping for some Tangie vibes with a little bit of blueberry in the mix. That would be amazing haha. First time growing your genetics, so let’s see what she brings :)
@Stack1009 Yep, exactly, this time I’m using the tray2grow! I use both systems depending on what I’m looking for. If I want big, high-yielding plants, I go with the regulars. The tray2grow is my choice when I want a bit more flexibility and want to run smaller pots like these 4L (1 gal) ones :)
