dalla tredicesima settimana inizio a raccogliere la prima pianta e le altre a una settimana di distanza l'una dall'altra. contando che è stata una delle prime esperienze indoor e che ho utilizzato impianti basilari, sono molto soddisfatto del risultato; le cime a fine essiccazione si presentano spumose e croccanti, sono semplici da sbriciolare a mano e bruciate hanno un sapore fresco e fine. metto tutto il prodotto chiuso in arbanelle a chiusura ermetica e inizio la concia.
