Germination

Danylo Everyone has a different interpretation of what the "Germination Week" means. I've seen some seeds that take more than a week to even break soil surface so for me it is: "The seven days following the seedling break surface. The lovely people working at Dutch Passion sent me these seeds in context of the "Dutch Passion Growing Competition 2026" and I gotta say: Quality-wise these seeds are among the best I've ever held in my hand. They all "feel" heavier than usual... And I just gotta say: I'm a sucker for strain-specific patterns on the husk! You could put several of these strains in a bowl and it would be easy to seperate them just by their look! So lets move on from first impression to some actual real life results! : I let them soak in 0.6-0.7% H2O2 PH7 solution for a little less than 24h. Unusually, they all had their tongue already out when I was putting them in low nutrient soil for actual rooting. And then 2-ish days later they all burst through the soil durface looking for light. All six of them. Time between the fastest and the slowest was like 8 hours. Like little robots! 😳 Since then they have almost outgrown their small 0.5L pots during this week. Interesting facts about them: - quite the elongated leafs for this amount of indica. - fast growing - no freaky growth on any of them. Usually there would be _at least_ one that needs to grow out of some funky broccoli shit.
