Day 14 end of week 2, 6/22 planted 6/8. Introduced silica halfway through this week and definitely recommend although I accidentally went by the bottle dosage of 1ml/gal and blasted my plants with too much silica given they became very sharp and greener, darker. I also noticed my main plant I topped was getting really dark and leaves were getting wrinkly and overall didnt look so healthy this on my third week which I will post tomorrow as that ends my third week. I raised the lights some, have temps at 76-85, also giving them 19hrs of light and 4 hrs! Yes I am slowly moving their sleep schedule an hour a day til i get the lights to shut off during Noon to eventually 6pm, currently 6/28 today they turned off at 3:30pm and turned on at 7:30pm. Also took the time to adjust my nutes, getting rid of FLORA GROW since i believe they are getting too much Nitrogen but we will see. Tested run off and the smaller plant tested at 6.55ph and the larger one that was topped also around that range. My solution was ph’d down to 6.05 on my reader and poured slowly and was able to bring the runoff down to 6.10ph also giving more bloom as i saw signs of phosphate def. ppm was around 200-250. Hopefully they look better for tomorrows picture updates! Update. No didn't get rid of Grow, what happened seemed was the shock by the topping seem to of have caused it from up-taking the nutrients it was use too, therefore causing it to build up some of the nitrogen in the medium. Next time after topping, I'll probably give it a much lesser dose of nitrogen and watch the leaves day by day for any toxicity once it seems to of 'caught' up I'd go back to the regular feeding schedule.

Grow Questions

Some of my newer leaves are much lighter in color and seem to be most affected by these spots, my largest plant is the worse affected. Have red stems, lower leaves are looking healthy green though so scared to give much more nutes, feeling stuck. Maybe small mites? Ideas?

Hey there, you have micronutrient deficiency due to heavy light schedule. Micro is used to regulate growth during light hours so with such an intense light schedule you re gonna run into problems. You do want to reduce the light cycle to 18/6 max , go the full mL/L with the micro and even add more Cal mag. Do this and the plant should recover in 10 days to two weeks. Hope this helps !

When did you know to harvest, I am growing the same exact genetics as you saw?

@LordInfamous, My first one was browning really bad so cut that one down a little early and the smokes okay, my other three I cut down today, their trichomes on the buds were pretty much all cloudy, could of possibly gone another week but I’m just done for now. Ran the lights 24hrs the last few days, really helped trichomes fill up quicker.
