Changed nutrient amounts according to BioBizz feeding schedule. More BioBloom and much more Top-Max. Still not a lot of activity with the plant. Trichomes are clear, no fattening of buds. All still looks fairly healthy to me.

I have split the stem down the middle of my plant 3 weeks in to flower. Should I cut my losses or finish the grow and see if the plant recovers?

help her to recover.... they most time do it. bend the splitted stem with tape, pipecleaner or anything that hepls her. if the crack is big try to seal it. If its a small one the plant heals it by herself. As you only have alittle crack she will pull through. Just tape around the stem to help her and dont move her to often. in a week dmage is healed......

Just finished week 7 of flower but the buds still look really small when I compare with other diaries. Can you see anything obvious i've been doing wrong? I understand it could be one of many things but I thought I was doing a good job of maintaining good growing conditions.

it was an unlucky start for all of you apparently.Stressful germination and insufficient feeding caused weak side growth, that's why buds are small as you said. But this is a beautiful scrog, congrats.More fertilizers wouldn't do anything at this point as you seem to be so close to harvest.Strong veg growth means strong bud production but no problem, still decent quality buds there. It only cost you some yield, that's all.

If i do mainlining i twist pipecleaner around the stem to protect her from splitting, because that happens often, if the stem is healed give her a small bandage around the stm. and always look it the bndage is wide enough, becuse the stem fattens up and the bandage may grow into it. Same to you" first aid".... you dont have to remove the tape after the stem is healed. just chek every week if it disturbs the plant

hey there , growth rate is determined by VPD : you're a bit cold right now if during the day it's 19 , i'm guessing it's max 16°C at night , this isnt bad but the cold will slow down growth, either stay with your current set up or raise the temperature to a 24 day and 20/21 night and you'll see how much faster it will go . hope this helps !

@CRiSPrGrow, Thanks for the advice. VPD is a new term for me so i'll do some reading and improve my environment conditions!

it's very interesting to watch your diary. I wish you a huge harvest of buds. What do you prefer to use a Bong or a joint. 4-20 Bro. subscribed and watching your grow.👍

@EZgrower, thank you sir! I hope your wish comes true. I do love a nice bong and use them most at the minute. That being said... if I had to choose 1 for the rest of my life, it would be joints.

I agree with the comment on your question - definitely help her heal. You’d be amazed at how well plant stems heal themselves. If all goes well, after taping her up, after a while you will be able to remove the tape and she will have created a thick knuckle covering the wound. You don’t have to remove the tape though to be honest. You’ve likely added 5-7 days to your grow, but leaves are looking great, nice work! Quick question regarding your nutrients - I’m also running the Biobizz. I’ve been using equal parts grow and bloom (3ml/L). So a 1:1 ratio. I see you’re using much more, higher amounts but also a ratio of 1:2 grow and bloom respectively. Should I be using more bloom nutrients? What’s your experience of this please? Again great work so far my friend! 🌱

@WillyWonka, thanks for the advice it's really appreciated! On nutrients - I actually have been logging it incorrectly and have fixed it now, good catch! I am following the BioBizz TryPack Indoor Nutrient Schedule linked below. My actual nutrients are BioGrow, BioBloom, TopMax at a ratio of 1:2:1. https://biobizz.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/BB-Nutrient-Schedule-Trypack-INDOOR-2017-12-14.pdf It's my first time using BioBizz products so I don't have any wisdom to share yet unfortunately 😄

Still looking really good! Definitely a slow one, no idea why it's happened to me before too. I reckon you'll end up with small ish buds but they'll be covered in trichomes and will be excellent quality. Nice work 👌

Rock solid patience you've got there mate! wow! I'm not sure I'd last ... I had similar issues with small buds and I've put it down to the fertiliser NER (nutrient elements ratio) - I definitely didn't have enough of a bloom mix.
