I think I should have started defoliation on day 42, and done it more aggressively.
Transition to flower light schedule:
Veg Day 45: 4:00 PM - 10:00 AM (18/6)
Veg Day 46: 4:00 PM - 9:00 AM (17/7)
Veg Day 47: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM (16/8)
