krtk_1a4 Topped clones and started LST. Blue Dream had an accidental stem snap, which is taped and seems to be healing well. Future needed a supercrop 90° bend. All plants doing well after a light+dark cycle post-training.

krtk_1a4 (I start my entries at the beginning of the week, not the end. Hopefully that helps clear up any confusion on plant age, timing, etc)
Plants are growing incredibly well. Had my first appearance of a "pest" in the form of a single leafhopper. RIP leafhopper. Might look at getting some ladybugs if I see any more appear. Thankfully there was no apparent damage from it yet.
Still pretty heavy with water, so I'll likely wait another day and do their next watering tomorrow (water+hydroguard).

krtk_1a4 For the scrog, I initially just moved the branches under the string without tying anything on. Letting them stretch for a day before tying them more securely. Also need to secure the screen to the floor so it doesn't get lifted by the plants as they grow.
Also in this week is the removal of the tomato plant (moved outside) and the surprise appearance of a seed from a jar of Bubblegum Breath, which was successfully germinated despite being cracked open from the grinder when I found it. It remains to be seen whether a seedling will appear, but that plant will be tracked in its own diary if so.

krtk_1a4 More training under the screen this week. Plants are growing well, albeit with some small light and nutrient burn. Both easy enough to fix at least.

krtk_1a4 Plants are recovering well from the nutrient/light burn issues. Growing quite quickly now! Starting to think about flipping them to flower soon, but want to fill the screen out a bit more first.

krtk_1a4 Plants are doing well and growing quickly. Need to do a defoliation session this week at some point. Giving them another 2 weeks before flipping to flower, I think. I want to have the screen filled out a bit more first.

krtk_1a4 Started the week off with all of the plants badly in need of defoliation. Went a bit too far and that contributed to a slight disaster on the 27th, when my lights didn't turn off as planned due to the timer switch being bumped. This resulted in a lot of stress to the plants, especially the two that hadn't been defoliated yet. Took quite a bit for them to recover.

krtk_1a4 Plants are recovering well from the heat stress, albeit a bit overwatered. Growth in general is slow because I forgot I raised the lights to let them stretch for a few days, and never lowered them after tucking the branches under the next screen sections.

krtk_1a4 Plants are all still overwatered a bunch, despite the coco being bone dry before I watered them. Since this week was a nutrient watering, hopefully they'll perk back up quickly and grow more quickly now. Also lowered the lights a few inches. Will probably do another defoliation session this week at some point to clean up some of the damaged leaves. Some are damaged from me not being super gentle when training them under the screen, but most are from the heat stress damage and its aftermath.
As soon as all plants are thriving again, I'll be flipping them to flower. So probably another week or two.

krtk_1a4 Last week of veg! Started running out of room with the screen so I started focusing on getting them ready for flowering. Have stopped doing non-feed waterings entirely and had explosive growth from that, with no nutrient issues. Decided to flip them in week 12.

krtk_1a4 Flipped to flower on 9/17. Immediately saw white hairs the next morning. Growing very quickly already - the flowering stretch is definitely a thing. Defoliation soonish, maybe.

krtk_1a4 Beginnings of the flowering stretch. Defoliation was badly needed, and all four plants took to it incredibly well (taking advantage of the hardiness during the first few flowering weeks here). Growing very quickly now.
First watering with full strength nutrients was today. 4 gallons given total, 20% runoff or so. Gave the runoff water to my tomatoes and other non-cannabis plants for fun.
Gonna give the plants a day or two before I do any more training. Will likely do defoliation and removal of any stems lower than the main ones at that time.
