My previous grow was from feminized seeds.
Upon grinding the flowers I found few healthy seeds in the buds.
Are those seeds feminized? and where did you find the answer.

If the seeds were caused by a hermaphroditic plant in your grow, congrats, they should be female! Using two female plants (one with hermaphroditic traits) is how feminized seeds can be produced.
