Continued LST, plants respond quickly by going vertical in a matter of hours. Increased nutrient dosage to 3 Tsp/gal. Purchased a digital ph meter and found ph was to high.. adjusting ph and added screened stand due to high humidity.

Did your cheese start off slow? Mine is starting week 3 from sprout and only has 2 true leaves. The Hawaii Maui waui on the other hand was germed 7 days after the cheese sprouted and it's already 3 inches tall and a day away from getting it's first 5 finger leaves.

@Spenser, I have two cheese plants and one of them is 1/2 the size of the other. The small one actually germed 2 days before the bigger plant.
