I use Jiffy pots inside my larger pot. This helps me not have to transplant once seed sprouts. I place grow rocks on top of the pro mix soilless to help keep the soil in place during watering. Roots grow out through pot inner Jiffy pot. I pre soak seeds and inner pot mediumn with b-1 red. While still a seedling. After 1 week and seedling is 1 week old I water entire pot in with 1 gallon mixture sugar daddy and root 66
