hi guys n galsπ,
This week was a blast ....the girls are doin goooood ...
but with all the issues at the beginning ,i do not expect the biggest yield BUT look at these freakin resinous buds π.. they smell like cookies (extremly sweet, no stench,only sweet like if you enter a bakeryπ really cool..
The Grow:
So i raised the EC to 1.5....that is alot for my experience .But I have to get used to the American varieties because they are much more hungry in my opinion than the European varieties....
and they need alot of magnesium and sulfur ........
PH ist 5.8 and stays where it is...
This week i will flush them properly to get rid of excess salt built up ...i do this every now and then (maybe every 3 weeks) to avoid problems and it does not harm the plant at all soo...π..
nothing more to say at the moment so have a nice one my friends
p.s. if you guys have anny question feel free to ask (photographie or growing )π
Fantastic we have another Blueberry Cookies grow up and running on the grow diary platform π
Thank you for representing our genetics, we won't let you down and can't wait to see this grow in full bloom π
Let the flower show begin π€

Mark..
Hey another diary from you that i'll be keeping with an eye on π ;). Yesterday night I planted 2 of this seeds with another 2 of her ocean grown sisters. Again i must say that you do an amazing job with the photography, your photos look awesome as your plants do!. All the best again & Green Love! πππ.
Hey, there are some things beyond your control, so what? Despite everything your plants are beautiful. They will adapt as best they can. You got thisβ
Looking so good my friend :) I am very happy that you continued with the grow and we can see some more of the pretty flowers!
When you do your 3 week flush, is this with a calmag+, or calmag+ and low strength nutrients?
I have my first plants in only CocoPeat (with you inspiring me) using the GHE, they are looking super good (no diary, unfortunately) and I am getting up to the 3 week mark for them now.
Best of luck with the weather man, happing growing and blessings.
@TuPuff,
Buffer problems are soooo manifold brother π. Bacteria and beneficial fungus imbalances in the medium can cause this. A too low carbonate hardness can be the problem which means that their is a too small amount of soluble minerals in the water (osmosis water has this problem sometimes, but not always). that's why you preventively put some calmag into the osmosis water to stabilize the pH ... the professionals analyze their water in the laboratory. The amount and composition of the fertilizer is based on this water analysis that is how the pros prevent buffer problems ... but that's nothing for us homegrowers, is just too expensive ...have a nice one brotherππ
@Wachsemilian, Thanks a lot bro! πππ OK I will only flush with pure RO water when EC is HIGHER than what I want on the runoff. π
Could I ask what you do if the peat lost its buffer, ph swings experienced, I saw at a friends grow, but seems it happens because of poor watering, pots drying out too much. Did a 1:1 flush with CalMag+ (at around 300ppm) and even a 4:1 on the very bad ones. They responded very well, I was just curious how the pro's would fix the PH / buffer problem, these are one or two mother plants that were affected.
Thanks again for all your advice, I was researching this so thought I ask. :)
Happy growing man and thanks again you really inspire me!
@TuPuff,
I know that this method is controversial. But until now I have never had problems with this techniqueπ. but it is important to flush only when salt builds up in the medium otherwise the plant will be damaged .. have a nice one brother :)π
Nice diary ! Look at this finished product looks stellar man . I love seeing great genetics doing there thing giving people great results ! Best of luck to you on your future projects !
Happy Growing!
