Wtf dude. I mean, I've seen your other plants...that's not right. Maybe take it out of the soil, putting the roots in a small bucket or something, rinsing it mostly and then repotting/transplanting it. Then not feeding it anything other than water for a week or so to see how it does.
Unfortunately my good friend your plant has nutrient excess symptoms, that's when you give too many NPK nutrients and the plants canh't andle it so it shuts down intake all together so you get symptoms of a deficiency from the fact it's not getting any nutes but the root cause is actually too many nutrients. Next grow "invest" in a very cheap "ppm Meter" which you can use to measure your inputs ... Start way smaller next time 1/4 dose after 2/3 weeks minimum to start then build up gradually from there until you see the slightest est ever burn on the tips of the leafs and revert back to the last quantity and keep it there. For now you should probably start over (the damage done will slow down the plants progress sustainably - unfortunately!) If you don't that's fine - plain water only for the next 10 days to two weeks , then follow a strict water water feed water water feed schedule.... And there you have it growmie - that's pretty much how to grow ! Hope this helps 👊🏻🚀
She looks good for this early stage my friend👍 Once she's put some roots down and more established I'm confident we will see a growth explosion 👌
Keep the outdoor updates coming mate as we are very excited to see how our Three Blue Kings fairs in the great outdoors 👌
With love from Humboldt County✌️

Something definitely is not right my friend and by the look of things it's a definite over feeding issue 🤔
This could be down to to much feed or even to much water to soon 👍
As others have said you could do a repot into a smaller container then see how she responds?
Where in the world are you located mate?
Kind regards ✌️
