07/27/2019 Planted seeds in 4 jiffy pots filled with Nature's Care potting mix.
07/29/2019 These girls are starting to pop.
07/30/2019 Two of the four germinated upside down and had to be discarded. I have the remaining two on a windowsill for now.
08/07/2019 Moved them from the sill to under the lights.
08/08/2019 Up to this point I've been keeping them moist.
08/10/2019 Not much to do right now but keep the girls from drying out too much.
08/14/2019 Transplanted the girls into a couple of 3 gallon pots. The plants are still small so it will be a while before they'll need water.
08/15/2019 Set the ladies atop a couple of 5 gallon buckets turned upside down. I can't lower the lights so I have to raise the plants.
08/24/2019 Mixed 1 teaspoon Grow Big and 1 teaspoon Big Bloom into 2 liters of water and fed it to the girls.
08/29/2019 Didn't do anything with them for the remainder of the week.
09/05/2019 Haven't done much more than keep them watered. I've noticed they prefer the larger floodlights. I replaced a couple of the smaller floods with the larger ones. I'll have to get more of the large ones.
09/07/2019 I've been giving them water as needed.
09/11/2019 Mixed 1/2 teaspoon Grow Big, 1/2 teaspoon Big Bloom, and 1/2 teaspoon Tiger Bloom into 1 1/2 liters of water. Split it between the girls. Also misted them to counter powdery mildew which is a major problem at this time of year.
09/21/2019 Mixed 1.5 teaspoons Big Bloom, 1 teaspoon Grow Big, and 1 teaspoon Tiger Bloom into 4 liters of water. Split the mixture between the two girls.
09/25/2019 They were growing into the lights so I moved them down onto the floor. Knocked one half over and had to stake it.
09/28/2019 Fed the girls with 1 1/2 teaspoons Big Bloom, 1/2 teaspoon Grow Big, and 1 teaspoon Tiger Bloom in 4 liters of water.
10/03/2019 Gave them some water.
10/05/2019 Mixed 1 1/2 teaspoons Big Bloom and 1 teaspoon Tiger Bloom into 4 liters of water. Split it between the two girls.
10/09/2019 Gave the girls some water.
10/25/2019 Gave the girls some water. The weather is getting quite dry now and the lower leaves are drying.
10/29/2019 Gave them more water.
10/31/2019 The girls are getting worse. They will not survive this dryness much longer and they look ready to harvest. Chopped both plants.
This was a fairly easy grow. Mostly just feed them and watch them get bigger. The yield was decent considering I used less than 75 actual watts of lighting though equivalent to 400 watts of incandescent lights.
@Elleclair, I can't wait either. I do have somewhat of a preview with my other White Widow grow. That one was started outdoors and developed more than I expect these to do.
