Day one of Early Veg For these Hydroponic systems.
.
.
.
The water pump for the aeroponic system was blocked from running.
.
.
We adjusted some materials for the system to work more effectively.
.
.
.
Due to the water pump running without a chiller, the water temp was at 33C which is much too high.
.
.
.
We set the pump on a timer that will turn on for 15 minutes every hour.
.
.
.
We also turned on the AC to cool down the room.
.
.
.
Hopefully with all of this, the aeroponic system will be running with little to no problems
.
.
Day 8
The roots are coming out nicely from the aeroponic system.
.
.
.
All parameters are stable for the systems so far
.
.
.
We changed the light fixture to our ES300 to provide more light to the plants
.
.
.
The other two fixtures were not providing enough adequate light to the plants
.
Day 11 of Veg
.
.
.
So far the systems are running smoothly
.
.
.
Since the changing the LED to the ES300 we have had to acclimate the plants.
.
.
.
There is one clone that is not doing so well since the light change and it’s been wilted for the past 2 days
.
.
.
We are hoping that it bounces back soon
Day 12 of Veg
.
.
.
We have finished Grow Room v2.0
.
.
.
The girls have been transferred to the new grow room and are adjusting to the new environment .
.
.
.
We got our second Electric Sky ES300 running in this grow room to provide a total of 600 Watts to this canopy space.
.
.
.
The girls scout cookie plants are out growing their EZ Cloner Aeroponic System
.
.
.
Their roots are becoming submerged into the nutrient solution and they are getting very crowded.
.
.
.
We will be moving the GSC plants to the RDWC Mini Hydro System .
.
.
Stay tuned
Day 14 of Veg
.
.
.
We gave all the systems a fresh Nutrient Solution diluted to 60% strength.
.
.
.
The Girl Scout Cookie younglings were transplanted into the RDWC Mini Hydro System with a water chiller attached to the unit.
.
.
The plants are all showing some excellent growth with the new environment, new lights, and new home.
.
.
.
The plants are recovering from stress and all of the hydroponic systems are on a roll
.
.
.
We saw the nutrient solution increased to around 6.4 pH this morning from 5.7 last night.
.
.
To combat this, we added pH up and down until we reached a range of 5.5-5.8 pH
.
.
.
Air Temp: 21.6C
RH: 56%
Stage: Mid Veg
Light Schedule: 18/6
Light Height: 3ft
Light Intensity: 50%
Day 19 of Veg and we got some happy campers in here
.
.
.
.
These girls are growing very nicely and have been enjoying the new grow room we built for them. .
.
.
Just have to watch the humidity level
.
.
.
This morning we gave a small defoliation to allow the other plants to catch up to our faster cuttings
.
.
.
.
Now it’s time to take care of the Girl Scout Cookie plants and make sure they are recovering from the hydroponic system cleanout .
.
.
.
Air Temp: 22.8C
RH: 49%
Stage: Early Veg
Light Height: 24 inches
Light Schedule: 18/6
Day 29 of Veg for the two systems
.
.
.
.
Both are growing every differently with the aeroponic system growing tall
.
.
.
.
The plants have adjusted nicely to the light and are focusing on growing for branches that we will make into cuttings.
.
.
.
.
.
pH is doing well for both systems around 5.8-5.7 and the air conditions are just right.
Day 36 of Veg
The tops are pointing upwards and the plants are looking healthy.
.
.
.
.
The roots are getting massive in our Aeroponic System! 😮
.
.
.
All of the parameters are looking solid.
.
.
.
The thing we are going to pay extra attention to is the temperature in the grow room since summer is bringing the warm California sun back 😎
.
.
.
.
.
Stay tuned for more updates on the Mothership system 👌🏼
.
.
.
Air Temp: 24C
RH: 58
Stage: Late Veg
Light Schedule: 18/6
Light Height: 24 inches
Water Temp Aero: 19C
pH: 5.6
Day 38 of Veg
.
.
.
We decided to give the systems a defoliation today to allow the lower tops more access to light
.
.
.
The NFT System is recovering beautifully and the tops are always starting to grow faster
.
.
.
.
The aeroponic system is branching out nicely from our topping and they are preparing to spread their arms for the future flowering phase.
.
.
.
.
The Mimosa🥂 cutting and the Girl Scout Cookie 🍪 are both developing very well
.
.
.
.
We will be using these two girls as mothers for future clones .
.
.
.
All systems are on cruise control for now 👌🏼
.
.
.
.
Air Temp: 24.4C
RH: 54%
Stage: Late Veg
Light Schedule: 18/6
Light Height: 18 inches
Water Temp: 20
pH: 5.9
.
Day 45 of veg
.
.
.
The two systems are growing nicely
.
.
.
The roots are getting massive on these plants and they need to be transplanted as soon as possible .
.
.
.
pH is stable and the temps are good.
.
.
.
We are going to be doing another nutrient change tomorrow and then hopefully we can move these girls into their flowering pots.
.
.
.
Stay tuned .
.
.
Air Temp:22.8C
RH: 59%
Say hello to our new grow room, Boom Room Alpha😎
.
.
Installed in this room is our brand new .
Hazzy Treez
HT-AS1000 Aeroponic System
.
.
.
This baby is designed for full Aeroponic modular growing capabilities
.
.
.
This system compleatly isolates each plant into its own unit and allows for the plant to be removed if needed.
.
.
Having the plants elevated allows for easier ergonomic movement around the plants and eliminates stagnant air below the canopy.
.
.
It has a 150 micron mesh screen inline filter to prevent any organic material from clogging the drip lines or sprayers.
.
.
.
The reservoir is 10 gallons only and will be able to last a full week of growing without the need to a nutrient change.
.
.
.
The only thing we will need to do is change the nutrient solution, adjust the pH, and top off with RO water.
.
.
.
.
Let’s get this show on the road folks!
.
.
.
We are flipping to flower baby 👌🏼😁
———————————————————-
Day 52 of Veg in Bloom Room Alpha
.
.
.
.
pH was a bit high so we reduced it with some pH down.
.
.
.
.
Plants are adjusting to the transplant shock nicely.
.
.
.
Some of the tops were dropping yesterday from the stress and now we can see some of those same tops pointing towards the lights.
.
.
.
.
.
Air flow is a bit restricted due to the exhaust fan being too strong.
.
.
.
We need to put a speed regulator for our exhaust fan to reduce the amount of air being removed from the room.
.
.
.
.
Negative air pressure is great for reducing smell and containing it in a single space, but if too high can make it difficult to maintain certain environmental conditions.
.
.
.
.
All we have left to do is trellis, train, and then fill out our canopy before flipping to flower.
We finally got the trellis frames constructed out of 1 inch PVC pipe.
Then we stretched 3.5 inch square trellis over the frame and zip tied the sides to keep everything in tension.
After the frames were placed over the plants we weaves each branch through the trellis frame to make a nice and flat canopy. The plants were then left for a few days to recover from stress and we defoliated all of the excess leaves to expose the shoots covered by large fan leaves.
The plants are now ready to have a second frame installed and begin the flowering stage
Wow what a box! You did an excellent job, perfect scrog net posing and optimum defolitation!
