But if you want bigger plants then you should plant max 2 plants under your light.
for strains i'd recommend you try dutch passions XXL strains or Sweet Seeds.
DNA Genetics have some feminized True OG strains if you like those
They all have really good genetics and their yields is good if you take good care of them
